November Exercise Challenge--Getting Fit For the Holidays!

We are back from the W&D. We had a great weekend. :goodvibes

I am about 40 posts behind on updating. My plan is to do it either tonight after work or in the morning.

Hope everyone is getting in lots of activity!

Sat 11/10 - 170 minutes (Wine & Dine Half)

We did park walking and a few minutes here and there of stretching, but I'm not really counting that for now.

I actually got some running in today, so that's 40 minutes. Plus about 30 minutes misc things throughout the week.
So, my new total is 236/1500.
 
Quickie this am, 15 minutes, arms/ abs.

That's mostly walking at DLR! It was so much fun, but man were my feet and legs tired! Standing to watch the 10:15 Fantasmic! show after opening the park that morning was not fun!

What is fun is not working! I'm so glad to be finished with that super long substitute job I had. Now I can join my girlfriends half way through their usual walk and solve all the world's problems!

Walk: 15 minutes
Bike: 48 minutes
