November Discount Rates

I am not a happy camper.

I have to change my ressies from September to November. I currently hold AP rates for my September trip. When are the November discount rates available???

Here are the <a href="http://www.wdwinfo.com/content/code1.htm">current discounts available.</a> There are none currently available past September 30, except for Disney Club members. Traditionally, Disney has offered very few for the October-December period, so it's anyone's guess when/if more may become available.
