November Cruise???

We are contemplating taking a 7 day Disney cruise for our 10th anniversary in November and were wondering a few things.
1) is this a good time of year to go?
2) do they keep the kids really busy (enough that we could have some alone time as it is our anniversary)?
3) is there lots to do if the weather is bad?

We have been on 3 cruises with the DCL and all 3 were in Nov.
The weather has been outstanding all 3 times, there is plenty
of things for the kids to do and you will have lots of free time when the kids are in the clubs. We are planning our 4th cruise this Nov.

Our anniversary is Nov 6th, and all 3 of our cruises have been around that week. Weather was great (almost too hot everywhere except Castaway Cay), kids have many programs (I have heard that some parents can't drag their kids out of the clubs to get them to eat dinner with them!), and there is a ton of indoor stuff to do (movies, shows, adult programs, wine and beer tasting, lounges, karaoke...I could go on forever!) To sum it up, I wouldn't worry too terribly much. The ship is like a small floating city. We will be going on our fourth DCL cruise and there are places on the ship that I STILL haven't found or been to!

I could so totally be a rep for DCL!

Our first cruise was the first week of Nov. on the Wonder in 02. We had a great time and the weather was great! The water at Castaway Cay was warm, and the evenings were delightful. I say go and have a great time, we did! Our two, DD 11 & DS 8 can't wait to go aboard the Magic for a whole week of Disney fun and adventures!
