November Crowds/The change

Does anyone know if all the Christmas decorations are up by 2nd week in Nov? I'm thinking about small world. I know that ride closes down for the change. I just can't remember when. Planning a trip maybe 11/11 - or maybe 19th/20th. Our only other option is dec 18 - 22.

I'm trying to plan for the holiday season but trying my best to avoid large crowds. any suggestions?

The Christmas decorations are generally up by then. They seem to start in New Orleans Square in October and by early Nov, the whole park is pretty much done. The only Christmas thing not up and running would be the Christmas Parade--that doesn't start until Thanksgiving. I would expect IASW Holiday to be running the first Friday of November--it was on Nov 7 last year.
