Just wondering what everyones thoughts are about whether there will be any room only discounts for November. I think most of us have given up on the room only codes but is there anybody who still thinks there is hope? Realistically I dont think it will happen with the packages being offered during that month, especially the fairytale package, but on the other hand they did come out with AP and Florida resident rates so I hold out hope that they might offer room only discounts to fill in what ever is left. What do you think?

There haven't been any room only codes other than AP or Florida Resident since July 3 so I doubt there will be any for the rest of the year since the AP rates came out late and were very limited. I still don't understand why there were no room only or AP rates for September when it's supposed to be a slow month but they have AP rates all the way through Christmas.

It seems to me, from what I have read that discounts in the past have ended around Dec 20th and that there aren't anything usually for the Christmas week. So it seems that by having the AP end on Dec 26, Disney is trying to help out those people who normally would not have any discounts who are staying during the Christmas week or atleast arriving by Dec 26th.

You can never say never, but I would be surprised if anything else came out, since Disney has released the FTP, AP rate and Florida rate and they probably feel that these are helping with attendance enought not to warrant room only codes.

Good luck and I hope something does come out for your time frame.

In the local paper last Sunday, Disney had an offering where you could stay at a "Value Resort" (All-Star's) for $99 a night including admission to the theme parks.

The Ad had a code, but I do not know the code without doing a little research. If you are interested, reply to my post and I'll see if I can find the Ad....

Dennis - I think what you saw was Disney's "Winter Dream Maker Package". You can book it online at their web site. You can also book a moderate or deluxe with this package at a higher rate. :)
