Has it been announced when the Christmas Day Parade is being filmed at DLR?? i cant seem to find it???
I will be calling DLR this week to book our Footsteps of Walt Tour... i finish work in 4 weeks yesterday - i keep reading everyone's work is hectic must be the theme as mine is crazy hectic we have had a number of people leave and not been replaced and not likely to be before i go on holidays OH WELL

I've been keeping a look out for the taping days too. I've written notes down but I've got mixed info.
One date I have is November 6th and 7th but then I also wrote down the weekend after Veteran's Day, which could be the 12, 13, and 14. As you can see I am not much help with my conflicting dates BUT I do suppose it's possible it might be one of those or some other!

So, I switched back to the nametag type countdown today. I had taken it off because it was in days and it was the hundred area and depressing. Now, it's 40 days!!!! I was shocked...didn't realize it was so close! Time flies.
We booked Minnie's at the plaza for 9am the 22nd. I get to call and book the holiday tour in just a few days! And now we're considering a WOC picnic. Dh puts in for his leave next week, and then we can buy our tickets!!! YAY!
One of the bad things about changing tickers.... you have to start all over again and them it doesn't look like you've made much progress. I guess in your case it was a good thing you got a new one so you would know just how close your trip was.
Minnie's and the tour will both be fun! Good luck deciding on the WOC picnic. Yay for putting in for vacation and buying tickets!

We arrive on the same day! Now we have less than a month!
Just made ressies for ARiels Grotto for WOC!!! They had lots of openings - do you think this means it wont be too crowded? do I really need WOC ressies?? Is Ariels worth it?????
Never hurts to hope!!! It's hard to say for sure whether they will be crowded but I am pretty sure that they are still filling up pretty much every night since the show is so new. We've not done the WOC package but have ate at AG for the character dining. We have always enjoyed it. Of course, I am the sort that enjoys pretty much anything as long as I am at
Disneyland! Anyway, the food is a little different from the standard homestyle cooking we get around here but we like it. Last time we were there I tried the Spinach and Ricotta Agnolotti and found it to be surprisingly good. I may have to go with it again when we visit the princesses on our trip. It is the only place my DD specially requested because she wants to see the princesses.... but mostly I think she wants to go back to see if they have the little seahorse white chocolate desserts.
Time to head out on the porch with my DS for a round of coffee and a bit of reading up more about Disneyland!
