I like the idea of the smaller groups too. So how does this sound:

Once we reach 40 cabins, I will split the group into groups of 20. If we reach 60 cabins, then we will have 3 groups, etc.
No one needs to give to every one on the list unless you really want to.

I will keep an open discussion about this in case we want to make changes to the number until October 1, 2013. That day I will be making the official updated list permanent.

Hi all just catching up on things here and I like this idea. It is a big ship and does take awhile to deliver. I like spreading the pixie dust to all but with packing limits this may work out. Just my 2cents

Hi! I couldn't believe it when I looked at this cruise meet all of the exchanges that have already been made. I feel like I know everyone already! Anyway, we were originally going on the Dream on a 4 day for this Halloween, but couldn't swing it financially after all of the fun we had this summer and other trips planned this fall, so we opted for a longer cruise next year! Needless to say, the kids were disappointed, but they are getting over it, knowing we are doubling our time on a brand new ship! This will only be our 2nd cruise, having gone on the Dream in September 2011. We were hooked as many of you are. I couldn't imagine sailing on any other cruise line- it may, however, have something to do with us being Disney fanatics!

I'm Cathy, and although we were going to be celebrating my 40th on the Dream this year, I will be 41 at time of sailing, feeling like I'm 29

My DH, Al, will be 44; my DS, Alby will be 13; my DD Olivia will be 12; and my DS Owen will be 10 at time of sailing! I'm a middle school language arts teacher, and my DH works for the DoD here in the Florida Panhandle! We are so excited, and this time I can say "We" because our first cruise was a surprise for the kids that I had to keep from them for almost 2 years!! This time, we are all involved in the planning and the excitement. Speaking of which, I think we may be interested in the FE, although I have to admit, I dont' want to be committed to too much time. So, how do we see this working? Would we exchange every day? Every other? For each person or just each stateroom? Just curious as to what all of you have decided thus far.

Also, in regards to the logo, it just came to me that maybe "Falling for Fantasy" might be catchy??? Only because it will be fall and I'm a sucker for alliteration Just a suggestion!

I've forgotten how to post pics, or else I would include an image of the t-shirts I made for our Dream cruise- they were just iron-on and looked great. We got lots of compliments! I also had Disney Koozies made because we enjoy our cocktails. On that topic, someone had mentioned meet and greets. Has anyone considered the tastings they have on board? We did the champagne and wine tasting while my DH and brother did the champagne and Whiskey tasting. The groups are intimate and fun- they're only like $15/pp and could be a great way for us to meet and get to know each other. Again, just a thought!

So excited to be a part of this cruise meet, and I will be looking to join the facebook, too!

Good idea for a logo. Could we also say "FALLing into FANTASY" (English being my 2nd language, I see a difference between the two, but there may not be one.)? I like both, both variations are appealing to me. What do you think?

Sorry it took me so long to reply but we just got back from our very first trip to Disney World and it was fantastic. But everytime we saw a cruiseline bus our hearts sank

It will be myself Crystal, DH Bob, my 2 DS' Dennis (16) and Bryce(15), and my DD Kaprisha (5) on this cruise. My daughter, my BF, and I are taking one of the Pixar cruises here in less than a month and I am totaly excited!!!

I like the idea of the shirts We had lanyards on our cruise in May and it was nice to see others wearing them and know they are from your group It was kind of like our own little family

Been busy with theater productions. We are acutally nominated for NJ theater awards (Tonys for the NJ Community Theater World). Me for directing and DH for producing!!

Hello - isn't it exciting just thinking about this cruise? My four daughters can't stop talking about it and it still over a year away. I tried the Facebook link and it didn't seem to work. Can you please provide the name of the Facebook group for this cruise so I can locate it and requst to join. I joined the Facebook Group on my last cruise and it was alot of fun getting to know everyone before the cruise. There seemed to be alot more activity on it than the DisBoards. Thanks so much !

Hello All

I just booked this cruise and looking forward to my second cruise on the Disney Fantasy. I was on the October 20, 2012 Fantasy cruise which was a great cruise 6 out of 7 days. Alas, the last day and especially the last night, we were negatively affected by hurricane Sandy. November 9th to the 16th is still in hurricane season but is late in the season so we should not be affected. Of course, that is what I thought about October 20th-27th. It was still a great cruise but all on this page should be forewarned that the potential of a hurricane does exist. There were many folks on the October 20th cruise that were upset with how DCL handled the Hurricane Sandy situation.

That now out of the way, I am looking for all scuba divers on this cruise. I will be trying to fill a small boat with divers from the Fantasy. No cattle boats for me.
