November 9-16 vs 16-23...will there be a difference in Christmas decorations between those weeks?

We are trying to decide between the two weeks and which is the best for crowds and Christmas decorations.

This thread lists the dates that each resort was decorated in 2023: https://www.disboards.com/threads/the-official-holiday-decorations-at-disney-resorts-thread-all-resorts-are-now-decorated-.3932476/. The resorts are decorated based on a lottery, so a given resort that was decorated early this year might be decorated later next year, but this will give you an idea. I can't recall there being a thread listing the dates the parks were decorated, but MK is usually done pretty quickly the first week of November.
