1 2 Fridays to go!
Went yesterday and saw the movie Couples Retreat to get us more pumped up for our vacation. Got home and saw a package leaning on the sliding glass door...our docs finally arrived!

I can not wait....We leave in 2 weeks from today! I just want to be there. It is cold wet and rainy here with a high of 44 degrees today! What I wouldn't give to be laying on the shores of Castaway Cay!!!

We too are looking forward to the [much needed] vacation. Weather here in Tampa isn't that great today, either. Rainy and miserable. I just hope the rest of my day at work goes quickly.

Silly question, and I think I know the answer, but....If we are flying in the day before and we are NOT using any disney transportation, I assume we would put the luggage tags on our bags the morning of the cruise before we get to the cruise terminal? (i'm thinking putting them on here and having them arrive at mco with those tags on, would cause our bags to go somewhere we don't want them to be lol)

That's exactly what I would do, meaning put the luggage tags on our bags the morning of the cruise before you get to the cruise terminal.

Anyone else not done any of their online forms? I normally do them as soon as I am allowed, but this time, it just slip my mind and my cruise doc binder is huge! And most of the pages have lots of white spaces to be filled in, lol.

I opened my cruise docs today- a total surprise. they arrived on Tuesday but I didn't open them- thought they were something else. What was I thinking??!?!?!

Our docs came yesterday, and I wondered if I am missing something? I saw how everyone was so excited about them coming and it got me excited as well. When they came, I saw I was in the same room, which is just fine with me, but other than the luggage tags, everything else in the "ticket packet" thingie they sent was obsolete?

There were ground transport tags that we don't use and flight info cards that we also don't need. Am I missing something? I filled out all the forms online already and printed them out to bring, so I assume I'm good?

I'm still excited about the trip, just a little perplexed with what came in the mail....

Your good. When you do the on-line ahead of the docs being sent out, they skip sending out a lot of the pages that are duplicates. I forgot to do my on-line and my docs booklet is thick.

We received our docs for our second party! Whew. Has anyone seen the Disney Earth movie? We missed it when it came to our tiny town for all of 4 days. Not sure we can fit it in but the previews looked nice. We have started the full court press on convincing our girls that they will LOVE the kids club. Last cruise they were luke warm about going. We really want to go dancing at least one night . Let the bribery begin!!! How much priate booty can you promise a kid to go to a pajama party with Goofy?

OK people, this thread is WAY too quiet for having 17 days to go. For almost all of us, the countdown until we leave is even less. (ours is 16, YCDMV)

Our trip starts two weeks from yesterday!!! Not to mention we have a few other things going on in our area before the trip. Tonight we're going to see Leonard Cohen and on Devil's Night we're going to see an Edgar Allen Poe inspired show, so both of those should be quite fun as well. Now if only I could get through the next 9.25 days of work

I saw them post something in another thread on pin trading while on board & I think they mentioned a cabin # in it...I'll go thru my sub'd threads and see what I can find then PM you.

I am in freak out mode now. I just know... I will forget everything I planned to bring, my new sea sickness patch will melt a hole in my head, it will rain for all our excursions, my girls will catch the flu before we go, and there will be a big New Mexico snow storm the day we drive 2.5 hours to the airport! Hummmmm I think I need a vacation!!! Oh to be on that lovely ship!!! I can't wait!!!!
