NOVEMBER 5th 3 day WONDER!!

This will be my first Disney Cruise, and I look very forward to it! It sounds like I might meet some NJ Disers, among others. As a Texan, I hope I will fit into the mix. We all share a love of Disney.:wizard:

I can't believe it, we are going for it again!! We got in on the bounceback deal they offered after our cruise last week and booked today. We will be a group of 6 with two rooms. We would love to be part of a FE exchange - it added a nice piece of magic to the whole experience. Yippee!!!:yay:

The Last Time we sailed we each gave gifts one night of the cruise. Since this is a short 3 day cruise I think that would work good for us. Do you all agree, one hand out per cabin?

Can the OP start a running list on the first post with Cabin No. and Names of people playing along?

Here is a Picture of our Door and our Fish Extender from last cruise!

:wave2: Hi Lisa,
I like your Mickey ears and door magnets!! I have some that look just like them!!
See? :rotfl:

bumping...:goodvibes
Hope everyone had a Happy Easter!!

PRINCESS MEESH are you planning on organizing the FE? Are we going to start of list of participants? thanks!

Oh my gosh, I love the door magnets and the fish extenders! :goodvibes As you might could tell by my profile picture, I like fun pictures (the goat was one of my son's facebook profile pictures for a while - it's so offbeat I can't help but smile every time I see it). Thank you for showing me such wonderful examples of what a Disney Cruise door can look like all dressed up. What fun! I'll start working on it in 2 weeks - first I get to watch my oldest graduate from college, and then I'm going to Disney World for a few days as a last min. get-a-way. I am so looking forward to my first Disney Cruise - arrrg maties!pirate:

I love creating door designs too, and I have over 100 blank backgrounds and tones of graphics to add to signs, if anyone is looking for anything, please shout it out and if I have it will post it here for the taking.

We will be on this sailing as well to celebrate DH's 30th bday and our 1st wedding anniversary

Add us to the list of Jersey Girls on the cruise!

My daughter and son in law recently returned from their Disney Honeymoon, part theme park followed by the 7 day cruise. They received a bounceback offer for the Nov 5th cruise for $99 per person for a cat 6 with verandah cabin..

My son in law is letting me go in his place (I think he is saving his vacation for Phillies spring training)

A friend of mine is coming along with her adult daughter, so we have 2 Moms (both widows) and 2 Daughters (both adults) cruising. We have two cabins midship on deck six.
Deb (that's me) age 52
LoriBeth (my daughter) age 35
Kathy age 50
Emily age 22

Looking forward to the Spa, adult pool and Serenity Beach on Castaway Cay!

Deb,

WELCOME!

I have made my DM (60) agree to get a spa treatment this cruise, or at least spend some time in the rainforest room.

Welcome, Tiffany! What a great way to celebrate.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to drive my family crazy waiting for this cruise. Just when my hubby thought he could get the computer back :surfweb:, here we are again :lmao:! I'm already planning FE gifts to pass the time. I also want to make sure we catch some of the things we missed last time. Happy planning everyone!!! :cool1:

I've been thinking FE gifts as well, lol.

DH and I are going! He's active duty military, so as long as he doesn't get deployed, *fingers crossed* we'll be taking advantage of the Disney military salute by spending 3 days/nights at WDW before our cruise, and 2 days there afterwards to celebrate our birthdays ((11/7, 11/9))!
So excited!

Welcome Kchat393!

I was able to book our flight down to orlando today, we love Jetblue and from BUF it has non-stops. We grabbed a non-stop flight for $75@, the return half was at $124 right now, I will wait and keep an eye on this part. Even with a price drop credit, I don't know when we will be traveling Jetblue again, so best not to be stuck with an unusable credit.

Just wanted to give anyone going from the NJ/Philly area a head's up about a real airfare bargain that I found today. From PHL to MCO was $59 each way. I've never booked a flight to Orlando for that little. Very surprised :woohoo: to see that fare, being as it is the heavily traveled NJ teachers' convention holiday.

Hopefully this info will be helpful to some, and the fares will still be available to those interested and in need.

Just bumping us back to the top and checking in again. Things looked dismal financially for a while, but happy to say all is well and we can't wait. My bro should be checking in as well at some point.

Princessmeesh, Nobody has started a fe list yet. Someone a page back or so suggested editing the first post and putting it there. I see you had the first post, did you want to start a list? If so Count our group in, my fam of 4 cabin 6069, and my bros fam of 4 cabin 6071.

Hey-

How'd you get your cabin numbers already?

DM and I will do FE as well, we are in 6000, cat 8 all the way forward.

Some of us booked actually rooms, other would have book GTY rooms, perhaps hoping for an upgrade. It is easier for DCL to upgrade you as a GTY, but they could upgrade anyone. We had to book an actual room, as DM needs a HCP room.
