Its a beautiful in Florida today.

Does anybody else here watch the ships pull out on the Port Canaveral Web Cam? We love watching the ships come and go and and we usually say only ??? of weeks and we will be the ones waving on deck ot the camera

We went in October and watched her pull out in person.



I WILL WATCH FROM PORT CAMERA, WE ARENT LUCKY ENOUGH TO LIVE CLOSE OTHERWISE I WOULD SIT AND WATCH EVERY DEPARTURE. BUT ID BECOME A REGULAR AT FISHLIPS THEN!!!! SPEAKING OF FISHLIPS. WHEN WE SAILED IN DEC I WAS DECKED OUT IN MY CANADIAN TOQUE AND FLAG. OUR FRIENDS SAW IT ON CAMERA BUT WHEN I GOT HOME I LOOKED IN ARCHIVES AND THAT CRUISE WASNT ON THERE. THEY HAD THE NOV CRUISES THEN DEC6TH CRUISE, NOT THE 2nd. I WONDER WHERE IT WENT

LOOKS LIKE I WILL BE ABLE TO CLIMB THE FLAGPOLE AND HANG SOMETHING OUT THERE DO YOU THINK IF ITS DARK I CAN HANG MY CANADIAN UNDERWEAR OUT THERE? AS WE ARRIVE IN PORT THOSE ON SHORE WOULD SAY HMMMMMM THEY MUST OF HAD A WILD PARTY IN THAT CABIN.

Yeah Ian, it looks like I have a perfect shot from our verandah onto yours!! We are exactly two decks up! I'll have to start searching for things to "send" you!!

Looks like another quiet day here on the boards.


I finished cutting out and numbering my 300 day count down chain links for this cruise. Now all I have to do it connect links and hang it up around the house. Then at the 300 day mark I will start removing 1 link every morning.

Crazy idea huh??

I have one up right now for our Dream cruise. I love seeing it get shorter and shorter.

I would think it would be mandatory to hang out your native flag if you had a flag pole on your verandah!!! Dare ya!

Happy friday everyone

Looks like we are almost one week closer to our cruise

Going to be nice and warm in Florida again today. Its getting us ready for the warm tropical weather we will have on this cruise.

Every single trip to St. Thomas we have had at least 1 rain shower for about 10 minutes. I am curious if that record will stand after this trip. I bet it will.
I don't mind a shower there because it does cool it off a bit.

we will most likely be heading to one of the theme parks this weekend.
Usually its WDW but they have their marathon, 1/2 marathon, 5 and 10K run this weekend. So it may be extra crowded this weekend.

Only 323 more days! Just booked today for myself, DH and grandson age 4. I know the little guy will have a ball, and Grandma and Grandpa will be able to get in some relaxation while he is at the Oceaneer's Club. Planning on flying in Friday night, staying at the Hyatt, and departing from the airport on Saturday to the cruise terminal. We did that once before and it worked out great! Looking forward to seeing everyone on board. I know it will be a fabulous trip.

We have flown in and stayed a tthe Hyatt before and you're right it works great. That way you're good and rested for the first day of the cruise.
Now we just drive to the port.
