Is there a candy exchange (everyone brings candy from their hometown as gifts) or an adult only fe? I loved those on my last trip and would like to join or start another one for this trip!

I am starting a candy exchange. A candy exchange is separate from the previous FE groups. The idea is to use the fish extenders and put some local candy from your area in the FE's of the Candy Exchange participants. All candy must be store bought and store packaged (no homemade candy). We did this on our last trip and we enjoyed trying candy from all over the country. Groups will be divided if there is a large number of participants. Please pm or post your stateroom number, number of people in room, and any food allergies. Lists will be posted 30 days before sailing.

A FE can just be a reusable bag or a canvas bag or even a duffle bag. You just need something to hold the gifts. I recommend you ziptie to the hook on the wall so it doesn't walk. Either bring a scissors to untie or maybe ask your steward if he/she has a scissors to borrow.

I hope I am doing this right=} first time Disney cruiser and first time doing a forum post. We just booked this cruise and I love to research and plan and "heard" about these fish extenders. My DS is a young adult with special needs delays and medically fragile (age 27 ) And Disney's biggest fan. He will love this FE activity. Tis is a special surprise for him as we celebrate his "heart anniversary". Cruising will be myself - Darlene Ginnett, my daughter Beth-33, and Timmy -27. My daughter is coming along for help and fun for her brother thanks to my son in law for staying behind to care for my granddaughter Lily. Hence my name here is Lilysgigi. FB- Darlene Ginnett. Our cabin number is 9076. Late dinner. I am so grateful to find these boards and I am a thirsty sponge for info and hints=}

Just found this site and very excited for our upcoming cruise and to meet other Disney fans! This is our second cruise, but the first with our girls; our first cruise was in 2010. We would love to participate in the FE! We are in room 8684 and it will be DW, DH, DD3 and DD6months. We are celebrating our 10 year anniversary and both mine and my daughter's birthdays, so it will be an exciting trip!! We can hardly wait!
