The game was great! Great weather, great fans, great team and of course we won. It doesn't get any better than that.

Hi guys! This question may have already been asked but has anyone ever cruised this week before and can shed some light on what the weather will be like? I am gearing up to put away the summer clothes, some in suitcases depending on what I am taking. I will definitely try to pack a variety as I know the evenings can be chilly but I want to make sure we have enough weather appropriate clothes and avoid the laundry room as much as possible! Also if you think swimming is a possibilty everyday I need to pack enough swimsuits so that we have dry ones to wear. I am obsessive... I know but we just got back from Puerto Rico and I tell you we had to do laundry 3x because I didn't have enough tank tops and stuff appropriate for the heat! We had a little of everything and most of the stuff didn't get worn. I've seen the reports on the general weather but I'd like to hear some real experiences.

This will be the 6th November cruise for us and every year the weather has been beautiful. It's still very hot during the day and rarely does it get chilly in the evening. The weather will be in the 90's most day so plan on being able to swim everyday. My DH and sons were even swimming at night while watching Monday Night Football on the Dumbotron last year. We pack shorts and t-shirts and many bathing suits. I'll bring one long sleeve shirt and one pair of long pants for all of us but that's for the return trip home to cold NJ. Also don't forget to bring plenty of sunscreen and stick sunscreen if anyone's planning on getting braids.

Hey, who's playing that night on MNF? I think that's where I may be that night if it's a couple good teams. I would love to watch MNF on a huge screen like that!

Here's the email I got from the lady who coordinates field trips at Pirate Soul Museum in Key West:

Dawn,

We are very excited that you are coming down to visit the museum! I will however be completely honest and tell you that when Disney comes in, we are extraordinarily busy, almost to the point of chaos. I would love to be able to at least get your group set up with the scavenger hunt though. As we get closer to your trip please let me know what time you would like to arrive at the museum, how many in the group and we will finalize the price.

The only time that will not work is during the scavenger hunt excursion times that Disney schedules…usually between 1pm and 2:30pm.

We look forward to having you here and hope that we can put something together for the kids.

We're VERY flexible that day. They are open from 9am to 7pm. I was thinking earlier in the morning, maybe 10am, that would give everyone time the rest of the day to enjoy Key West and we could possibly avoid some crowds. Let me know what you think!

I just wanted to give you a heads up. The Magic gets into Key West around noon. You usually aren't able to get off until around 12:30 so don't plan anything in the morning in Key West.

I can't wait to see us pull into port at Key West. On other cruises, I would wake up to find us in another port or anchored offshore. So, to actually watch us pull into port at Key West ought to be interesting. I think I'd like to see the Pirate Soul museum, but I am going to be taking this cruise from a really laid back perspective. DH and I don't want to have any type of iron clad plans except that one excursion on Grand Cayman! This will be helpful for my daughter too who really doesn't do too well, with the go go go routine.

Well whatdya know. Figures the Bears have their Bye week that week. There won't be any Bears game to root for on Sunday! Man!

I'll cheer for the Steelers too! I'm not a big Ravens fan either.

The only game I'd be interested in seeing on Sunday would be the Denver/Detroit match up and the Arizona/TBay game. I'll probably be touring Key West at that point seeing that both games come on at 1:00 p.m.
