Sorry all for being MIA. I have been swamped with work and the kids finishing school. Just getting back to all of this. I am also now aware of a facebook group so this seems to be growing. For the FE group I need the names of the people in your group (or at least the ages and sex of the children) and your state room number. Any other questions let me know and I will try to answer.

If find it weird this close to cruising theres still not a lot of people in our cruise? Could it be empty lol?

I thought it was odd too that there are not more people on this site or the Facebook page. I thought it would be a busy cruise because it is over the holiday weekend, that's why we picked this cruise.

Sorry for being MIA so much. My DH coaches both kids soccer teams and I am the kid runner/assistant. We had soccer at least 4 days a week! I always wonder why we do this . . . and then I see how much fun the kids are having.
And I am helping my goddaughter plan her wedding - in about two weeks. Dang. Where the heck did summer go?!?!?

I hope everyone else is having a great summer!


Any way - our staterooms are 5020 and 5022.

There will be six of us on the cruise, in two connected staterooms:
Room 1
Me - DW (Kellie) - alcohol, yes, particularly wine
DH (Patrick) - alcohol, yes, again particularly wine
DS - (Connor) - age 8

Room 2
Grandma 1 (Linda) - alcohol, yes, again particularly wine
Grandma 2 (Phyllis) - alcohol, very rarely drinks
DD (Cassidy) - age 12

I agree. This group is amazingly small. we changed our summer plans so we are taking a disney cruise this weekend as well. that group is so active that my husband is getting annoyed with all of the posts. Maybe when school starts this will pick up.

Hello All. We just came back from 7 days on the Fantasy. Had a great time. Looking forward to this one in November. We will be staying in Port Canaveral before we sail which allows us to get to the port nice and early. I spoke with someone with reservations who said this was nearly a full ship. Sure doesn't look that way from here. Still wonder where everyone is. I will make a typed list of the FE group and post it over the weekend. Maybe that will encourage more people to join.

I suspect quite a few opted to go on the Podcast cruise that leaves Nov. 30 on the Magic. We pondered switching, but decided to stay on this one.

Glad you had a great time on the Fantasy. If this cruise goes well, we hope to do a 7 day on the Fantasy next time around.
