Hello All! My dad just booked the cruise for my boyfriend and me this afternoon, with DVC points! It's an a early graduation from nursing school present! I know it's last minute, plus I have never been on a cruise before. If anyone has any tips they would be greatly appreciated! I am so excited!! Thanks so much,

Congratulations on the cruise and congratulations on almost completing nursing school!

My advice is to read through the thread and if you are interested in signing up for the FE or ornament exchange, just let us know!

Me too! And I'm out of my office most of the rest of those three weeks. I have four days off next week (I have to work on Wednesday), then the next week I have a business trip to Atlantic City, then I'll be home just long enough to get all re-packed and be on my way!

yes 18 for us too! We got our cruise docs yesterday so that was exciting.
I'm trying to get all the holiday stuff, Thanksgiving and Christmas done before we leave. I love all the holidays. December goes so fast.
But I when I saw your post I just realized I've got a lot to do to get ready for the cruise! Yikes!

Holy Moly three weeks from now, I'll be landing in Orlando! I am so excited! And I found what I want to get for part of the FE gifts! Also exciting! I love when it all starts to come together. Now to decide about the main gifts...... but there's only three weeks! How'd this happen that we went from plenty of time to oh man that's soon!?!?! Oh boy- I gotta go start packing or planning or something!

I don't think we will do the FE (just too much stress/pressure going on right now - I'm afraid I'll just stress more about it) but we do want to try to come to the meet and hopefully our daughter (7) will meet some friends and my girlfriend (40) who is cruising solo may also meet some folks to hang out with.

Has anyone received an assignment if they had a guaranteed veranda cabin? My friend got her cruise documents yesterday but still no stateroom number! (It's sorta exciting in a way - but I know she is a bit nervous).

Looking forward to meeting you all soon!

We are also getting very excited! I have a DD who is 7 also, as well as DS 9 and DD13. We got our cruise docs a couple of weeks ago with cabin #'s the same as what we booked.

I am getting very excited!! What happens if we upgrade at port and have adifferent cabin number than what we gave for the FE? Is today the day we get the final FE list?
