Hi Jon. Thanks for all your hard work. A little more info on my family. I am 38. DH, Peter is 53. Son, Tony is 13, and daughter, Audrey is 3. We are in a Catagory 11, Cabin #6551. I don't think we will be doing any organized excursions, as we like to explore the ports on our own. Looking forward to meeting everyone at the Cruise Meet!

Wow, that list must have taken some time to organize. I just wanted to update you on our plans. You need need to take us off this roster. I have avoided coming here because it makes me too sad. But we had to postpone our cruise for another year. We will be going in 2006 during the same week. My dh had some issues at work and we weren't sure if we would be moving or not and thought it might be best to postpone while we still could. We are planning on a week at DW instead since it would be cheaper to cancel at the last minute. So it's been fun plannning for that. I hope you all have a great time and can't wait to here all about your trip so I know what to look forward to next year.

My kids were asking today, "How many more days until the Disney Cruise?" Since I didn't know the answer, I'm posting here to see.

Quick question . . . does anyone know when we get our cruise documents? I know I've read about it on the boards, but coudn't remember.

Thanks for compiling the lengthy list! Wow! We are a big group. Our only excursion will be on St. Thomas where we'll be doing a sailing trip (off-Disney)

61 Days and from what I have read, anywhere from 3 - 4 weeks before the cruise. So hopefully, Beginning of November.

Hi All!

Sorry I haven't posted in a while, TONS going on here on "the left coast" We are moving next year to Orlando! We are still planning our trip to WDW and the 11/26/05 DCL, but have sold our house (only 9 days til we move into my folks!) DH will be leaving CA in January w/all our stuff and moving to the new house. DD and I will be remaining here until June when she graduates from 8th grade.

I'm SOOOO looking forward to our trip in November, our lives have been really hectic since we signed the contract to build the house in Orlando!

I do have sad news, karaeric will not be joining us on the cruise. Eric is being transferrerd to Colorado early next year and his company doesn't want him taking the vacation time so close to his transfer.

The good news is that I booked all of our Palo/Spa ressies and can hardly wait!

I'll watch the boards more often, see you all in November!

Was anyone able to get brunch ressies at Palo? I went online at 75 days (my earliest possible time) and it appeared to be booked

I got them. The first time I tried I found the same thing. When I checked back there were openings. Try it more than once. I think Disney is still working out the bugs of the new advanced reservation system. It happens with anything involving computers.

I got brunch reservations! I am glad the thread is picking up a bit, it's been slow for a while. OK, here goes my updated list.


Me-35 (Tammy)

Ages of Friends & Family:
1-3: 3 boys
4-6: 1 boy
7-9: 2 girls
10-12: 3 boys
13-18: 1 girl, 3 boys
18+(30-75): 10 women, 9 men

The group is in the process of reserving some scuba dives, not through Disney, as our group has 6 eligible divers, but that is all anyone is interested in. Most people want to explore the islands by themselves. Of course, I made Spa reservations!

I hope the docs come in late October, I just found out yesterday, I will be going on a business trip November 7-11. I hope they will be there before I leave for the trip or I will be constantly checking to see if they are in

There will be a crowd of boys in the 9-12 year olds this trip! I've got 2 of them. Glad you got your brunch reservations. We got our couples spa reservation, but the more I think about it the less I'm interested in it. I've had massage here at home and simply didn't enjoy it. I do like going to the Chiropractor and having him fix my back. Ummmm . . . wonder what that says about me . . .LOL

I just found out that one of my sons can earn a scout badge during our sailing excursion (off-Disney). Initially he didn't seem interested, but I caught him telling his friends about it . . .LOL

Do we have a grand total for adults and children from the boards on this trip? 7 weeks is going to fly!!!

Theresa - Post #358 has a breakdown of the Children. I have not done a breakdown of the adults yet. When I do, it will be posted there. I am trying to keep the information in one central spot so if anyone has not read it in a while, they can go to that one post and catch up with meet times and information.

Hi All,

Ok we are about 8 weeks away and counting.

The posting has slowed down, come on everyone lets see your excitement and energy.

I have all items booked and just need my passports and DCL info to come in the mail. About the 3-4 week period, I'll get into my final checklists and begin packing the small stuff. Good news is the weather is still spring/summe like in Boston, so I don't have to go into the storage room for my summer clothes. My goal is to pack light, but that's usually not very light.

My wife takes care of the kids thank good, other wise they be running around the ship is the same clothes all week long. I do all the planning and organizing so she keeps me around.

Anyway, LETS HEAR FROM ALL YOU CRUISERS. The other posts are making us look bad. Lets keep this post of Page 1.

Oh, and say a prayer for my Red Sox, it didn't look good last night. I sat down with food and drink in hand at 4:00 (est), and by 4:30 I was looking around the house for chores to do. That is not a good sign.

We leave in just 44 days! For a week at WDW before boarding the Disney Magic! Half of our party got their Palo ressies, the other half waited and now there's none available!

I'm going to start packing about 30 days out. The weather here has gotten too cold for shorts (just barely) so those will be the 1st in the suitcases!
