November 25th, 2016 - Black Friday on the Wonder

Same for me! We are going to start "training" for it (walking) this week. Short notice but will do our best. Just got back from disney world 2 weeks ago and did 9 miles a day at the parks and did not get a souvenir for it, so I know I can do it! I want that keepsake! In 12 cruises I have never done it!

I walked/jogged it a few years ago. Bought the pin and the tshirt . They've since changed the awards (I got the generic plastic Mickey medal), but I think it's now CC5K related. Sadly I won't be participating this time around because I'll have our tiny human in tow while daddy is fishing.

Wow! Getting some Mickey mail really livened up the thread!! We too prefer the classic ships over the newer ones (we like the size and intimacy), but of the two new ones, we prefer the fantasy over the dream. The Wonder is probably our favorite, but we're excited to see the upgrades. Check out the dry dock thread to see pictures!

Looking at the photos of the new chandelier and I'm not sure I like it. Maybe seeing it in person will be better but right now I'm not a fan.

I'll admit that I've looked at most of the pics of the outside of the ship and what no, and I'm trying very hard not to look at all the new interior pics. I did see the chandelier picture, and I like it better than the one on the Magic. It looks more like the original chandeliers and the ones on the dream/fantasy.

29 days until we cruise! I just had to post that we are in the 20's now and it's getting closer. FE gifts packed and ready to go, cabana booked, character breakfast booked, printed the sheet for check in, hotel booked, parking booked - the only thing left is to pack and go I think(and help my sister with her FE stuff cause I love to shop).

Sooooo....14 cruises and we've never used the wave phones before. This cruise, we'll probably only carry them while daughter is visiting the nursery. Do they work off the ship while in port? We're doing an excursion in Nassau and leaving our tiny human in the nursery. If you've left a child on board (nursery or kids club) while venturing off, how did it work (other than dropping them off and running away as fast as possible )?

I would think it's the same on all the floors - 8 to 10 inches wide and max of 5 feet in length.
