Forget 4 parks 1 world. 4 Parks 1 day. You need to stop by Epcot just so you can say you did it. :rotfl:

Funny how everybody is having trouble with TH on the same day..

Made my ADRs yesterday on line at 6AM sharp! That was even after a looong day (and nite) of Mothers Day celebrating with the kids and grandkids..

Am I devoted, obsessed or what!!!!!!!!!!!:love::hippie:

Someone on the facebook group was saying Typhoon Lagoon would be going under refurb in November but I can't find info about it - anyone know if that is true? :worried:

Congrates to everyone who have been making your ADRs.

I am enjoying looking to see what everyone is booking, still planning mine as my trip is not until the end of the month going into December and finding it most difficult as it is our first time ever visiting during the Christmas Season and I know the best way to visit the various resorts to see their decorations is to plan at least some of my ADRs at them.

I am also keeping my fingers crossed that BMG will open up for ADRs :goodvibes

There is just so much I want to do during our stay :santa:

Everybody's ADRs look so good! :thumbsup2:thumbsup2 Two more days and I can make mine, can hardly wait. I see lots of the places I want too, so we'll all have to make sure we have our lime green mickeys out. I too want the elusive Tusker House breakfast, I hope they have that fixed before Wednesday. And of course if Be Our Guest is opened, I'll want that one too!

Have any of you eaten at the Cali Grill? I hear every year how great it is & always forget to make ressies...I may go ahead and make it for one of my Tony's nights, and if I have to cancel it, make an Epcot ressie....I got all the hard ones anyway!

We ate at Cali Grill last trip (2010) and enjoyed it a lot! The food and service were really great.

We got up early and made our ADRs this morning too. We're trying a few new places: Le Cellier Lunch (because we had to see what the fuss is about), Cinderella's Royal Table breakfast, Hollywood Brown Derby, and dinner at Jiko's. I lived for about a year in West Africa a few years ago and so I can only hope that east African food will be better!

Then we're going back to a few faves: lunch at Le Chefs de France, Via Napoli dinner, LTT dinner, and Crystal Palace breakfast

So now what'll I do with myself until the trip! :rotfl:

glad to hear it,..I don't think I have ever heard really bad reviews,...just hoping the kids enjoy it too!We got up early and made our ADRs this morning too. You will try not to change your plans over, and over, and over!! LOL...that's what happens to me!

So I hopped online this morning to make our dining ressies & I got EVERYTHING we wanted:thumbsup2 EXCEPT for Tusker House breakfast on 11-16:( I tried several times & it always ended in the site saying error:confused3 So I got on the phone w/ Disney & to my surprise the lovely cast member helping me was having trouble as well:confused: she tried several different things & just couldn't get us booked....finally she checked & there are NO ressies booked for this particular day at Tusker House yet:confused3 She told me not to worry & to just check back online daily for ressie's to open. Has this ever happened to anyone else??? Here are the ressies we were lucky enough to get

11-12 Whispering Canyon Dinner 8:00

Fingers crossed all will work out & we'll also get Tusker House Breakfast 11-16:goodvibes

Glad to know I'm not the only one trying for Tusker House on 11-16 with no luck!

Hope everyone had a GREAT Mothers Day yesterday!!! It rained all day here and we had plans to take the kids to the zoo (NOT happing in the rain). So we decided to have a lazy day instead. My DH, the wonderful man that he is, decided to pay off our Disney trip as my Mothers Day gift. Thats one BIG thing I don't have to deal with now :cool1:

Also made our ADRs today and this is what we booked:
11/10 - Arrival Day - no plans
11/11 - Sea World - Cape May Clambake Dinner @ 7:00
11/12 - MK - Crystal Palace Breakfast @ 8:10 & MVMCP Tony's Dinner @ 6:10 (unless BOG opens)

11/16 - MK - Kona Breakfast @ 10:15 & Ohana Dinner @ 7:00

I could only get 8:20am for our CP res for a party of four. I wanted 8:05. I wonder who got all these 8:05 ressies, lol!

It's FINALLY offical:yay: We're book at POR Nov.10th-19th:cheer2::cheer2::cheer2: Now if only they would release FD our plans would be perfect:goodvibes
We were able to get 8:05am, but we have a party of 5.

Okay - really need input from fellow November planners. We are currently booked for 11/19 - 11/24 at BWI. We are arriving late on the 19th so will have very little park time, maybe an hour. I was able to use AAA discount which saved us about $400.

Now, I know this week is insanely busy and that we may have one full day where we actually get to ride everything we want (11/20) - after that, probably not so much.

I am very much thinking of moving our dates to 11/22 (arriving around 11:30 am) through 11/27. Now, this will give us maybe two full days to enjoy the parks without the massive crowds (Sun, Mon) and I might be able to take advantage of any discounts offered (my best guess is they will start up on the 24th). I could keep the AAA discount for 11/22 and 11/23, I think.

I also would get to attend one of the MVMCP.

Now, here is the gotcha - this may cost me $200 to change my airfare. WWYD?
i agree, if you aren't going back for a while, then do it. Worth missing some of the crowds in my book!

Need a little input on my plans: (traveling with 3 & 5 y/o girls)
Driving in on Nov 10th with res starting on 11th
11/11: arrive early- BBB in am - MK and Tree/Castle lighting with CRT around 6:15
11/12: MK - followed by boat from POR to Downtown Dis (or res at Cali Grill)
11/13: AK - lunch res at Tusker - afternoon rest - Electric parade at MK at 7:00
11/14: HS - afternoon rest - Osborne lights
11/15: Epcot - afternoon rest - MVMCP
11/16: MK with am res at Crystal Palace - afternoon rest - Spirit of Aloha at 5 follwed by wishes from Poly beach
11/17: check out with a late breakfast res at Chef Mickey rest of the day in the park that we want to go back to...

Am I trying to do too much? What is the earliest they will let me check in (store bags and get passes) at POR on my arrival day? Any advice appreciated :). We honeymooned at Disney in 2000 - but have not been back and we now have our little girls! I can make may ADRs in two days and I'm starting to panic!!!!!!!
FYI- they don't put the tree up a the MK until the first weekend in December when they tape the Christmas parade. All the other parks will have their trees up, but MK won't. They stopped doing the Epcot tree lighting altogether, but it will be up and lit. Castle dreamlights are at dusk.

On check in- it depends. I've been able to check in and have a room ready at 11am, but they can't guarantee your room will be ready. I've had to wait as long as 4pm, which was torture since we had been up since 3am and ready to rest. Official check in time is 3pm. You should get a room by then, but you might not get it earlier. YOu can check in anytime, your room just might not be ready. They will store your bags for you though. Looks like a great plan!!! :thumbsup2

Can anyone tell me what to expect Temp wise at night in November? I'm afraid it will be too cold for the pool at night. The WDW Info site has ave temp of 79 high 59 low .
We've done early December many times. Key word is layer. It can be 60s at night or even get into the 40/50s. Or it could be warm still. It is so unpredictable! So glad we have a washer/dryer in our room- i plan to pack jeans and shorts and just wash to re-wear. Good news is, November is the driest month of the year in Orlando!

So made my ADRs yesterday- yep, up at the crack of dawn on Mother's Day. Go me!

I've heard of DVC folks having issues with online ressies lately, but it was smooth sailing for me. Got everything we wanted, except Sci Fi at the time we wanted. We wanted something late, close to the 8pm closing (like 7;30pm), all they had was 5:20. That was the first day of our trip though, so must have already been booked up by people that booked ADRs last week.

I still need to order our 11/12 MVMCP tickets, try and book the dessert party (hoping they have our date), book Pirates League and the Family Magic Tour.

It was me.... http://media.disneywebcontent.com/S.../pdf/ParkHours/WDW_Operating_Calendar_nov.pdf

This now has park hours and then under the waterparks it lists TL refurb :furious:

Such a bummer... now i know how my husband felt about hoop de doo and Test Track. Already spoke with him though and I think we may go to Kennedy Space Center instead since we are renting a car... never been and they should have Atlantis on display by then. (he works for Boeing, huge plane/space shuttle nerd ::yes::)

Hmmm maybe if TL opens up on Saturday the 1st(even though Dec's show its closed too) then I can try to go before we leave.

I broke down and bought our tickets for our flights today. $327.29/p. That's about avg for Delta flights out of Cincinnati. Changing our dates from 11/15 -11/24 to 11/14 -11/23 saved us over $500.

Happy to see that everyone is getting their ADR's! I guess now I can book the POR part of our trip this Friday! Have to wait until Sunday morning for the rest.

I told mom that once I make the ADr's for 11ppl, its finalized..no more changing things around :badpc:

Wow... to the DAY we get there. Figures the one time it works out for us to go... ;__; I'm guessing BB will be more crowded since it is the only one open..?

So no Typhoon Lagoon, no Hoop de Doo and no Test Track... if Everest is closed I might give up.

Im assuming that BB wont be too crowded either. I never have seen tons of ppl coming from the waterparks when we have been there....unless im just blind and dont pay attention ::yes::

Hope everyone had a GREAT Mothers Day yesterday!!! It rained all day here and we had plans to take the kids to the zoo (NOT happing in the rain). So we decided to have a lazy day instead.
