I used touringplans. I subscribed to it for a small fee but I am so glad I did. It was pretty correct. It sent me a warning email saying that they changed the 2's to 5's and it was 5's but still doable. I will never go at a 8 or 9. We had about a 10min wait on everything a few 20min but not too many. The average numbers I listed on the other page is the numbers for that park on that day and they all seem doable expect sunday the 25th and sat dec 1st....the rest are below 5's

I will take your advice and schedule free days and have a 'floating' water park day....thanks! Since we have a 7day ticket, we could go everyday and leave the wp out if needed

I'm now trying to balance morning and evening EMH's with park days. Thankgoodness for park hoppers. With 21 family members going there is no way we will tour together. But meeting up at certain rides is mandatory. With our wide range of ages different family groups are going to want to spent extra time in different places. The next big hurdle is a few meals together. Or at least in groups of togetherness.

I was doing research on the last couple of years(when FD was offered) Veterans day is a hit or miss. I know they offered it in 2011 BUT 2012 its on a Monday meaning I dont think it will be offered the Sat or Sun. More than likely it will be offered Tues or Wed if at all. I told my GG of 17ppl now thanks to my brother, who was not going, to now be bringing the love of his life(who is also named Erin) on our trip, that if we stay, there will be no discount and if we switch, we can try for FD. Everybody understands that nothing is guarenteed but even just a little hope is better than nothing. I know my mom wants the full effect of the decorations. I ran the same speech but everyone and they all said one thing~whatever you choose will be just fine So again, everything is up to me I switched it. I was scared about the Marathon being moved. We had scheduled to arrive on Sat Nov 10th and we were going to go right to a park so the weekend would be busy. Now we are arriving on Sunday the 25th and will stay away from a park that day. I just hope I made the right descision. I just dont want everyone to be upset with me.

Don't stress! That's what I keep telling myself. It will all work out in the end. You'll be at Disney!! I'm sure it's difficult to plan for a such a large number of people, but I'm sure you'll do great!!

Are you talking about the week before Thanksgiving? I use TP too, and didn't see any 8 or 9's that week. Maybe I need to take a second look! That might change my mind.... AGAIN! Although I still haven't changed my reservations. Maybe someone is trying to tell me something!

Plan B? OMG! How the heck would you use 7 park days! What parks would you do 2x? I have Magic Kingdom scheduled 2x but thats it. Maybe Epcot?

Epcot is definitely a 2 day park for us... and maybe even a few evenings. Epcot and MK are my two favorites!

Well, I have a question........ Is this your last trip to Disney? NO?I didn't think so. You do need a plan for what days seem to be better for each park. And of course your ADR's. But other than that we are slow and layed back. We really take the time to watch the street performers and just take in all the sights sounds and smells of Disney. I realize you are planning for a big group though. Maybe you could give each park a day. Then with remaining days make them more interchangeable.(When you get there you may find that a different day is perfect for the water parks) Maybe make your ADR's on those days evening ones. Maybe even schedule in a free day for everyone. Where they are free to do there own thing and not hang with the whole group. We are actually doing Disney this time with a large group as well. There will be 21 of us. But we are basically each planning our own trip. Same park days. And we will come together for some ADR's and rides. We will also be spread out between 4 resorts. (this just worked the best for financial reasons for everyone.) We will have plenty of togetherness. But plenty of free time as well.

We have always had hoppers. I think we would be lost without them.

I read her blog too and have for years! I know, seeing all the pics of Christmas really makes me excited for next year!

I started reading it after I met her on a Twilight thread that was on here. It really helps me when I don't want to do any school work to get my rear busy with school work.

We are not morning people. Although I do love the quietness of being up really early when no one else it up. I'm wondering now, if I should plan on doing DHS on the day it has morning EMH. I'm just worried about TSM.

Well that day is the only day that I really had planned. Well I did have one ADR plan and was going to work on another one. I like to have several options. Then today I looked to see if the school had finalized a calendar for next year. The last time I looked, they had a couple of options. Well they had finalized it and the week we have planned to go, is the last week of a grading period. I'm thinking that would be a bad week to go, as they will probably have finals. I'm going to have to talk to my DH about it, but it looks like we'll have to move our trip to the week after Thanksgiving.

I don't think I even care what they will be serving. I just want to see it. My DD and I watched Beauty and the Beast last night.

Me too!!! I think my copy of Beauty and the Beast is still in storage. Last night, I kept playing the main theme from it on my iPhone. I have an app called Magic Piano, and I bought the song for it. It's kind of like guitar hero, but for piano.

I got on in the mail for 30% off room rates. Since I don't think that we will be able to get free dining, I went ahead and booked. We are going to stay at POFQ. I am so excited!!!!!! We haven't stayed at Port Orleanes before, so it will be exciting.

Congrats on the pin code!! POFQ looks like such a beautiful resort. At one time, I had it booked for our trip. Then my DH found out about the cabins at the FW, and that is where he wants to stay.

Now I just have to pray that my nephew can keep quiet. He heard me talking to the Disney planning people and so he knows that we are going. I told him to not tell my boys since they don't know. The adults in the family know that we are going (at least DH's family knows we're going).

I'm glad that I double checked my new 180 day out day. The CM I talked to on the phone said that it would be June 29, which made no sense. I only moved the trip back 2 weeks. My original 180 day out was May 16th, so it shouldn't have been June 29th. I checked it on the DIS and they have it as May 30th, which makes more sense. That gives me 2 more week to have everything figured out.

DHS.......if you want to ride Toy Story Mania you need to get into the park as early as you can and if nothing else get a fast pass. We don't get in that early morning rush though. We get a fast pass and then we usually manage to ride a second time later in the evening.

2. November 13 - 18 @ WL /w DlxDDP (changed for Joey's, oldest DS, 15th bday and to have more time to save for)
3. December 2 - 8 @ WL /w DlxDDP (dates changed b/c I wanted to see more Christmas stuff)
4. January 8 - 14 @ WL /w DlxDDP (dates changed to be there for my bday and as a bonus John's bday and to get to go sooner)
5. November 12 - 17@ WL /w DlxDDP (dates changed to be able to save up more)
6. May 28 - June 2 @ WL /w DlxDDP (dates moved b/c I didn't want to wait until November to go)
7. November 12 - 17 @ WL /w DlxDDP (dates changed to be able to save up more, be at WDW for Joey's 15th bday, and see Christmas decorations)
8. November 12 - 17 @FWC (b/c it's close to my favorite the WL)
9. November 12 - 17 @ POFQ (b/c I wanted one of the new royal rooms)
10. November 12 - 17 @ CBR (b/c I showed the DSs the new royal rooms and they hated them but love PotC)
