I just book a full size for November 11-20 through carrentalsavers using the double upgrade coupon. It is showing a total price of $189.00 However; it is NOT giving me a price breakdown, and when I can't access the reservation on alamo's website. I am a little concerned that I'll get to the gate and they will tell me that they won't honor the price.



when i put the coupon code in alamo's site it tells me the coupon is expired. should I make a backup reservation? just in case?

Just switched codes to the costco code with $40 off and now the rental is at $189 out the door. We do have a costco membership

This is very strange. I was checking earlier (less than an hour ago) for 10/29-11/5 and I was getting $269 for a standard SUV. I just checked and the rate is now $388!! I'm putting in the exact times and dates as I did before. These prices are prior to the coupon mentioned above. Any clue?

I just checked with Budget for your dates based on a 24hr time period using BCD x474200 (travelocity public code) and E-Coupon MUGZ029 for $30 off. Total for SUV or Minivan is $272.55 inc taxes and after coupon is applied when you return vehicle. I also found another code BCD D454301 on carrentalsavers for midsize SUV for $149/week. Total with taxes and after $30coupon is applied is $183.51.

Rates for Alamo just dropped big time for full size cars. I used the VISA code 7015504 and coupon AD2338FDF, Nov 7-13 for a total of 140.94.

It was strange, the midsize, compact etc were higher.

Just checked again, same codes, same times, down to $ 95.33

Just booked a fullsize at Alamo, just my insiders code for Nov 12-20 for $184.19. Best rate so far and that's with no coupons so should go lower I suppose.

Could you please tell me what this coupon code is? AD8Z21SDB It's not something I've ever seen before.

same for me. not giving me a price breakdown either. I thought i would wait a few days and check again with carrentalsavers. i havent tried my ressie with alamo. hopefully all is good because they were cheaper for me than going directly thru alamo.

I just priced through carrentalsavers and where it comes up with the prices for all the different places, go towards the top and select "change your search", then select "all search options". From there, you can go down towards the bottom and see all the codes it's putting in for the different companies. For Alamo, I see corp 430710 and coupon AD2359FDF. I went to Alamo and put in these same numbers and come up with the same prices as carrentalsavers. I'd rather book directly with Alamo than through someone else.

I just booked a new reservation direct with Almamo using the VISA code 7015504 and coupon AD2338FDF Nov. 11-16 for $103 total including all the taxes - for an economy vehicle. I can even drop off the car at the Customer Car Center, but I must pick up from MCO. I will pay with my Disney Visa, but does anyone know what the AD2338FDF coupon is?? Hate to find I am not eligible. Thanks.

Just so everyone knows, there is a $35 Alamo coupon good until 12/31 and requires a minimum 5 day rental, you can use this with any corp. Id number and no printout is required !

I'm editing this post because by changing the coupons around I was able to match the same rate with you and Alamo, I guess my problem was thinking that if I booked the costco discount I assumed the website would give me the best coupon out there, but by changing the coupon I did get the same rate
