Since it is freezing here now, and we can no longer wear shorts, I started packing for my DD3 yesterday. She thought we were leaving right away and started crying when I told her she has to wait 35 more days.

Awwww poor thing. I fear that I'll get the same when I start packing my little one tonight. We leave on the 6th but it is really cold here too so why not just get it over with. Hopefully we'll get our ME tags soon then I'll really feel like it's real. Have fun on your trip!

We leave on the 27th and we are 98% packed. I can't believe how many bags we have. Last I counted was 11. I just don't want to forget anything.

We're going the same week, Kris! That is an awesome week to go!
I am just starting to realize how close it is! Reconfirmed all my plans yesterday, all dining, etc. and gave them my flight info for magical express. Need to 'inventory' if I have enough shorts and capri's that fit.....starting to gather the travel sized items in my travels and working on bags of goodies for the kiddos on the airplane!

I want to pack NOW. I'm trying to wait until about 2 weeks out to pack the stuff we aren't using every day. Then about a week out, pack more. The day before we leave is Halloween, so my husband will take a nap (to prep for the drive) and I'll pack everything else then, and get the car ready.

We were originally supposed to leave on Oct. 25th - I'd be leaving in 17 days if that were still the case!

I'm with you! I've started gathering small things and making a pile, checking and double checking my lists... DH is deployed, and due home before we leave... but somedays I'm not sure if I'm more excited about him coming home, or going to disney! (how bad is that? )
