a few people in this thread have already received 40% off pin codes for nov 09.. so the three month before thing is bogus.

Boy, if we could get a 40% off code, I'd book right now! I'm dying to get to the Poly, and I'd do it with that kind of code. Thinking about booking in late August to get free dining, but we wouldn't be able to afford a deluxe....

wouldn't mind seeing the 4/3 deal back for November either....

QUESTION: We're booked (through Dreams Unlimited) for the week of Thanksgiving to early Dec...Room as well as park tickets. Last year, we managed to get a good deal for that same time period (Thanksgiving - early Dec.) think it was 40% off room only. Let's say Disney does the same this year. Will I be able to use a Room Only discount code and apply it to my exsisting reservation of room PLUS tickets?? This is all so confusing. Should I go ahead and change my reservation to one that is Room Only for now?? What are the implications? HELP! Will appreciate any advise! Thanks.

Are they just a teaser to get you hooked and then you're so addicted you pay full price for your next Disney fix?

The 40% off pin codes are all for the same dates throughout 2009. We luckily got one and booked November 15-22 AKL/Poly split. The week after Thanksgiving is also included in the code 11/29-12/6. Most dates run Sunday-Sunday. The dates throughout the year have been posted in many threads in the code/rates forum.

I know I am a over planner..yes it is true and the wait is driving me crazy and with other people getting pins is making me wonder...I usually get one for that time of year but never go and now that i need it i dont have one.. But i am happy for those that do. Hope everyone has a great trip.

I got this code too, but couldn't use it on the 27 and 28th... was this the case with you too?

Yes, I couldnt use the 40% off for the 27th and 28th. Im did get a AAA discount tho. It was still cheaper for us to be in Disney those 2 days than to pay for airfare leaving on Sunday the 29th. Make sense?

I never thought about the cost of travel between the 27th and 29th.... I just wanted to go and get an extra 2 days in disney!!!

I'm booked for 11/28-12/5 and am considering changing my reservations back a week because I didn't even think about how much airfare will be that weekend and what a mess the airports will probably be! It just sucks because if I do change, I'll lose my 40% off code. I'm hoping some new offer will come out for November/December!
