just tried to add the room only code to my reservation (tried the AP rate yesterday but no rooms that i wanted available) and it must be a minimum of 3 nights stay.
oh well thats definately me paying rack rate!!

I am trying to get a price together for a vaction for All Star Movies for three adults. AAA gave me a quote for airfare, 5 day park hopper for $1782.03. Is that a good deal?

Go Music - it's been renovated... But in any case, that's not a bad deal.

If you got the quote today, then it's already taking into account the public code, which basically gives you the room at $49 per night (though if you are actually 3 adults, you might be paying an extra $10 per night), and the tickets at retail. Plus the airfare.

To give you an idea, I had a hold reservation for 2A, 1J, 1C for 6 nights at ASMu for $1414 with 6 day hoppers (no dining, no airfare).

If your quote was from yesterday, then call back, you should save at about $175 (your old rate was about 85 per night).

Why not switch to a mod then (CBR or POR)? I had priced a rack rate package at ASMu and after switching it to CBR saved $30 or so.

I couldn't save anything at Pop either. They must have gotten snapped up pretty quick. I figured all star Sports wouldn't be too bad since the bus stops there first. We stayed at ASMo earlier this year and it wasn't bad, just had to sit on the bus for the first 2 stops.

I'm staying at POP and I call about 1:30pm and talk to a really nice CM, but she didn't know about the codes!! I gave them to her and my savings for two rooms with were .............449.30.

You will LOVE CBR!! We did - and the newly renovated pool will be open

I only wish we could still stay there - can't do 5 in room

Magicalfoursome-- I was told that BC was full.. but YC had openings earlier today. For 6 nights, Dining Plan, and tickets with no hoppers-- standard room was $3800. November 29- December 5th.

Hope this helps you.. oh yes-- we have two adults, two children 5 and 7 and one 1 year old.

Thank you Jen. I tried but I guess I was too late. Also, our dates coincide with Jersey Week, Halloween , and the F&W festival so everything is really booked up. I did tell a friend of mine who is going 11/29 to 12/6(same dates as you posted above) the code and she called her TA and saved over $500 at the CBR!!! At least I helped her out!!

Staying at Pop for 7 nights (2 room, 2 adults, 2 children) and were able to use the code, keep our resse at POP with Magic package/hopper pass/Dinning Plan and SAVED $2049 dollars??? I'm pinching myself, I kept asking if the price was correct and how could we possibly save so much! We are just so excited! We love this board! Thanks,

I haven't thought about anything except Disney today. Maybe tomorrow I can get something accomplished We had previously booked POP from Nov 23-28 at rack rate $2239 with Park Hopper, Basic Dining, and Insurance. I called in three different times this morning. First call, 6:15 a.m. local time, CM didn't know anything about discounts or codes. I called back at 6:40 after getting the codes from DIS and of course, POP wasn't available. AS Sports was the only Value Resort available with a savings of $300, so I changed the ressie. Despite this savings, I felt so disappointed that we weren't going to be at POP. After feeling bad about this for an hour and reading the boards, I decided to call back and check on mods. When I called, CBR and CSR were the only mods available. Because we always planned on staying at a Value, I hadn't done any research on the mods. Made a quick decision and changed to CBR at a rate of $2214. All in all, I would have preferred to save $ and stay at POP, but feel good about upgrading and still saving $25. I'm hoping I made the right decision.

Well, I called and we could have theoretically saved $700, BUT we would have had to give up our Family Suite at ASMu and switch to 2 connecting standard rooms instead. I already managed to snag a AAA 20% discount off the family suite, so we're staying put. I REALLY want to stay in the FS!!

We were also booked in the ASmu Family Suite but caved for the code! We are now booked at POR Riverside. I am glad that we are saving $582, but we really wanted to stay in that suite! Hoping I made the right decision!
