So really, let's just pretend that free dining comes out over Thanksgiving and one already has their trip booked through AAA - do you think that code could be applied and a person could actually save a little $$$ or are we stuck? Wouldn't that be a nice Merry Christmas?

We will be there 11/16 to 11/23. Taking an early flight home to have Thanksgiving at Grandma's house. Flights are booked (got a great deal on Delta from DFW. It went down $200 from the day I checked the price to the next day when I booked it! ) I'm going to AAA today to book a room, possibly a package. It looks like it will be very busy going into Thanksgiving and I don't want miss out on the room we want. A code would be great but I'm not counting on it. It doesn't hurt to hope!

..but I think you guys need med if you think free dining would be offered over Thanksgiving. Last year it went thru the first week of October.

I'm hoping to go the week after Thanksgiving, but I'm not expecting any codes at all in November. Thanksgiving has turned into one of the busiest times of the year! I don't think Disney will or needs to give free dining to get people there unfortunately. Thanksgiving used to be my secret time of year to go 'cause it never used to be very crowded. Not any more!! Anytime I see anyone asking about Thanksgiving on the boards, I give the advise to stay home!

True, we didn't get free dining last year, but there was a pretty good package that knocked down the room rate (YQE?) that went from the end of Oct to Mid December...

We can dream can't we??

Hi all, I just booked our Nov. 11-23rd trip with AAA. I got a small discount but now I get to wait for those codes like everyone else. It does feel good to know we are going no matter what. Now I get to hit TGM and plan!

Hi, Well we finally narrowed down our winter trip and picked November 8 to 18th! Now we just have to decide on our hotel and make the reservations.

I would love to see codes, but it's usually too booked that week to get anything at WL.

I already booked the Poly with AAA rates and plan to renew my AP for room rates. I really gave up on public codes a LONG time ago. Is it November yet? I've convinced myself if I can have the Poly once a year for 7 or 8 nights, then I will be feeding my addiction well. Boy was I wrong. I want to go NOW!!!!

HI all,
We were there last year for Thanksgiving and hope to go again this year just waiting for school calendar. We arrived the Sunday before Thanksgiving and it was pretty crowded. Thanksgiving Day and the day before was horrible at the MK. So maybe plan another park for those days. I was told last year that there would be no dining(free) during this time because they don't need to offer it. The time frame they offered it for was hurricane season which I guess is why they offered it. When do you think the codes will come out? Does anyone have an idea? I can't remember when they came out last year. Here's hoping it's something good.....
