As far as names go, maybe we can just end our posts with first names. So that we can begin to learn them. Doogie had started a website. But it did not last.

We will not be rebooking for 2006 Thanksgiving, but we are thinking about booking for 2007 Turkey Day.

Hey Willie good to see ya back!! Yep, that's the first time I have skied in about 10 years.....I'm usually in charge of driving......and "manning the cooler"

Bfosbenner, as you can see I didn't go with the mastercraft. I belonged the OPPO ski club before we got married and use to slolom....to much like work now! Found a shore station that I have to move over tomorrow so it looks like some "mannual labor!!

Hello fellow Turkey Day Cruisers- my family and I will be joining you all this year! DW and I are veteran cruisers of many other cruise lines (RCCL, Carnival, Princess, and Premier back in the day). We took the kids on the 4 day Wonder Thanksgiving week last year. We live on the West Coast of Florida, so we were home for Thanksgiving dinner. While on the ship, I couldn't resist rebooking on the Magic for 2005. Our group will be the following: Me 44, DW 41, DD 14, DD 10 and DD 10. The youngest DD's are twins. We booked connecting rooms on Deck 1, since these were the only connecting rooms left when we booked. We had connecting rooms on the Wonder, and liked the set up. We spend a lot of time at Disney World, which is about 80 miles from our front door. We own a camper, and camp at Ft. Wilderness a lot. We look forward to seeing you all on the ship!

There are MANY families on this DISboard cruise traveling with daughters! (DH and I included! Our DD will have just turned 11. I)

Do you have late or early seating? (Just go back a read a few of the previous pages. We're hoping to get a whole bunch of us seated in the same dining room!) I think we're going to be one lively bunch!

Oh, trust me, I have read all of the posts. We already have late seating. No debate there. We had late seating on our Wonder cruise, and it worked out great for us. I really have no idea about the rotation, and it had never occurred to us to ask about it. Since a bunch of you have been on the Magic before, we would certainly love to be with the crowd.

I know that I am a newcomer here, but I wanted to make a suggestion to you all about t-shirts for the cruise. My DW has an old high school friend who owns a t-shirt company here in Florida. Last summer, for my DW's 40th birthday, I had a bunch of shirts made up, and had a group of her friends show up where we were on vacation for a surprise party. Ironically, the shirts were lime green. I never heard of the DIS until just before our first Disney Cruise. It is a great color if you want to stand out. I can imagine a group of 50 or 60 people (or more) at the sail away out on the deck with matching shirts. It will make quite a statement, and be a great way to kick off the cruise. Since I have a connection, the shirts cost me about seven bucks a pop, including the design. The shirts are a nice quality cotton, and have held up well. If you guys are interested, I can make the arrangements. I could ship them to you ahead of time, or just bring them to the port. We will drive over the morning of the cruise, so we will have plenty of room. I will try to post a photo of our group in the shirts here. I think that I would only need about 3 or 4 weeks lead time to get the shirts made up, and there are definitely incentives for large orders, so there is no rush to make a decision. If you want to share ideas about wording and art-work, I could probably have them work up a couple of designs for us.

Welcome aboard the best cruise of 2005, TriCircle! I also have a 10 year old DD. As a matter of fact, she is looking to share emails with some other girls same age. Just PM me for email address. She has 4 sets of twins as friends here in Lumberton Texas. Must have been something in the water during 94-95!

Ratt45- I know Gator Country well. I am a UF grad. I am married to a Seminole, though. I still make it up your way for a football game every now and then.

KennyK- I sent you a pm- I will be looking for that spread sheet.

Willie- We have plenty of time to decide about the t-shirts. I know some other folks had ideas on this, and it looks like some people may have already ordered some, so I do not want to steal anyone's thunder. If the majority wants to go with what I have suggested, I will figure out a way for you to all contact me, and we can order sizes and so forth. I would say we can wait until about 60 days out before we need to start finalizing this.
I agree that this cruise will be the best of the year!

I just called DCL again about the fact that my ressies were not showing as moved to late.... the woman confirmed that they indeed were not changed as I had be told and then fixed them for me..

But she did again say that Lampskies reservation was cancelled!

Yep, we changed our minds.....we're not sailing with you guys!!! Just kidding.........I am the "administrator" for our "corporate" costco membership. My cat. 11 is 2736.00 thru them and dcl IS 3316.....my cat. 6 is 870.00 less thru costco.....so I booked thru costco saving about 1400.00 My ressie will reappear at the end of next week......DCL is refunding my $$$$ and costo has my new rooms on hold......1400.00 more $$$$ to buy more
