I wonder how many seconds you beat me by? Too funny. I hope we won't all be racing for the buffets with the same enthusiasm. Somebody will get hurt.

For those of you that still haven't linked for dinner - I just called 1-800-951-3532 and didn't even get put on hold. Had a great CM - she was glad to have someone call. Use Lamparski's reservation number - 22368611.

The CM did mention that some of the people linked were still listed for the early sitting, and that the TA had to request the change.

You can also have your TA put in your reservation remarks about anniversaries and birthdays. Even though our 20th anniversary was in August, I'm celebrating it on the cruise, dang it!

Lampski,

Did you make requests for dining rotation? The CM at DCL I spoke with said you can make request through your TA. Or are you doing it through your "girlfriend"? You said we wanted APL?

Yes we just got home, love the week!! We didn't really like Costa Maya. Basically there's a long dock that usually holds 2 ships. You walk down the dock (there's a tram but good luck getting it) and into a shopping area. (Don't go to the first couple stores they are over priced compared to the others.) Basically diamonds and souveniers. There's also some street entertainment and a large salt water pool with a swim up bar. There's a restaurant and bar filled with people who looked like they were having a great time. Also, they have a beach right there that you can sit at but not swim.

We were one of three ships. They let us dock on the other side of the dock. That meant one more ship that this tiny port could hold. It was packed!! Overwhelming really in the little shopping, swim area so we lasted around 30 minutes as did others. They offered excursions but we just didn't feel comfortable venturing too far in a place with police check points and very visible machine gun armed guards that was mostly jungle.

It ended up being a nice sea day for us. Let me know if I can help in any other way.

Tracy
