November 15, 2014 on the fantasy

Hi Everyone,
This is my first time on here, but Im on the FB page. Im sooooooooooo excited for all my my upcoming trips…..Im sure you guys are too :cool1:

Hopefully I post this message correctly :)

Sorry guys, we just jumped ship and moved to the November 29 Eastern. I was able to get one of the 5E staterooms on the back of the ship, with a large verandah. :wizard:

Hubby was talking yest about doing a b2b after this cruise lol. So I guess I'll ck prices.

Sorry ya'll but we also had to jump ship due to personal financial issues. Hope everyone has a blast on the cruise!

I booked this week. I will be taking my daughter who will be 8 at the time if the cruiss. We were on a 3 night dream in Nov 2013. We loved it but wanted a longer cruise. We are so excited.

This will be our first cruise ever ... my wife and I have two girls. They will be age 13 and age 9 in November.

We're really looking forward to the cruise!

Just book this cruise for hubby, 11-years old boy/girl twins and myself. This will be me and hubby's third cruise, our second as a family. So excited!!!!

We will be joining everyone with our two boys, ages 2 and 4 by sailing time. This will be our second Disney cruise (went on the Magic March 2013) and the eighth cruise overall for DH and me. We will be in a deluxe family verandah room on the 6th deck with early seating for dinner. We're are actually going to WDW in May, so cruise planning is a little behind WDW planning, but still very excited!

Hi all! My hubby & I cruised on the fantasy last October during Halloween and have just booked this cruise! We are super excited! I have asked to join the FB group & once again we are interested in doing the FE ! CANT WAIT!!

Welcome aboard. Did you try to request into the FB group? If you what your id so I can see if the admin of the group can add you.

Hello all. I would love to join the private FB page. It was very active for our Nov. 2013 Fantasy cruise with so many tips and so much helpful info. Someone even had lanyards made up and sold them at cost which was great because we were able to spot and meet others from our FB group. Another member organized a private cocktail tasting. DH really enjoyed that.

I'm not sure exactly how it was done, but I do know that last time whoever was in charge of the private FB group contacted each person who wanted to join individually. I can't remember if it was through the DIS private message or something else, but that way we didn't have to write our full name here on the DIS where anyone can read of our travel plans. We just responded to the person who added us to the group. Am I being overly-cautious? I hope that doesn't sound obnoxious or anything, I guess I'm just old-school. We've had our credit card compromised twice (once at WDW) so I'm a little bit jaded. Eventually, the DISboards group kind of faded but the FB group was active right up to the time of the cruise and even now it's still going.

Also, I would to join in on the fish extender exchange. That was very popular this past trip as well, with about 60 cabins participating. Maria (the one in charge) broke it into three separate groups so that it was much more manageable. It was lots of fun!

We rebooked the same cruise because we really liked the three days at sea, much more relaxing than many other cruises we've been on. This will be our 4th Disney cruise, once on the Wonder and this will make 3 times on the Fantasy. It sure is a gorgeous ship.

Were you on the 11/16/13 Fantasy cruise? If so, we were on that cruise too.

Yes, we were on that cruise. Wasn't it great? Of all the cruises we've ever been on, for some reason, I felt it was the best one of all. I really think it was the built-in relaxing on the three days at sea. We didn't used to like sea days because we thought of them as wasted days, but now that we're older, we've really come to appreciate them.

Susan and Chet here. Did we meet you at Maria's Meet & Greet? Did you do the fish extender exchange? Did you rebook on board? I went on Tuesday to rebook and could have gotten our same room but it was more than DH wanted to spend, so on departure day we went to check out a vacated cabin one category cheaper. He didn't love it so later that afternoon when we arrived home I called our TA to book our same room and it was gone. Who knew it would go that fast?

Hello!

We will be on this cruise. Our group consists of two families in two cabins. We have 4 adults and 3 children. Some of us have sailed DCL before and some of us are newbies. We have participated in Fish Extenders in the past and have enjoyed it so we are looking forward to participating on this cruise too.

I sent a request to join the FB page. My name is Jennifer.

Just booked this cruise. Our 3rd Disney cruise. Its DH, me, DS11 and DS6. I cannot seem to get to the FB page. The link 2 pages back is not working. Can you add me? My name is Mitushi Banerjee.
