GOOD Morning, Happy Cruisers!

Looks like the sun might shine today, here in upstate NY :)

hey everyone! I'm Babybun's daughter btw! I can't wait until the cruise! I'm so excited :)

so has anybody started to figure out plans for cozumel or grand cayman or even castaway cay?
We are gonna do stingray city (grand cayman) again (but with a private group (not disney) so we can bring our daughter, we did this last year and it was awesome.....

as for cozumel we dont know yet my inlaws want to a beach thing like nacchi cocum or chakanaab..... but i dont know we will prob get off boat and grab lunch at carlos and charlies (tradition for us) but other than that not tooo sure......

Castaway cay day 1 hang at beach and splash area
day 2 same in morning then take baby to nursery and enjoy adult beach!!!!!

Castaway Cay - absolutely NOTHING other than try to find a hammock (I can't get out of the beach chairs - they're too low) and have a Konk Kooler. Twice.

Grand Cayman - maybe nothing - maybe beach - boatswain's bay - shopping. What I'd REALLY like to do is go to the QE 2 Botanical garden, but it would entail a very expensive taxi ride, or renting a car.

Cozumel - Nachicocoom!

Hey Linda you got any big plans to sail the Magic once she ports outta NY??

I dunno. Mostly, we avoid the big city like the plague. I'm sure not going to cruise to Florida! Maybe Canada, just for the fun of it. Right now, though, I have 3 to get through and that's got my budget stretched thin enough to read the newspaper through!

Going to Canada for a change of pace!! I just hope that DCL has a Canadian CC by then!!! :lmao: We LOVE that plaCe!!!! :cloud9:

Absolutely no plans for either day at CC, just gonna enjoy a couple beach days:goodvibes
Cozumel I have booked us a cooking class through Mr. Sancho's and also horseback riding on the beach. We did a cooking class thru DCL on our first cruise and it was a BLAST! I wanted to do another one but not the same one, also wanted it to be where the rest of the fam could hang out or do other excursions so we opted for Mr. Sancho's, they seem to have something for all of our group:banana:
Grand Cayman we have plans to do the dolphin swim and turtle farm thru DCL, obviously haven't booked that one yet:rotfl2:

:lmao:

We've been to Nachi a couple times it's so nice :cloud9:

Can't believe how close we are getting!! Hard to believe its almost May already!:yay:

I have no idea what our plans will be for land days! Anyone have any recommendations? the kids are ds12 dd7 and dd5. I would love to swim with the dolphins! Where is the best place to do that? Also how crowded do you think the ship will be since this is a double dip? Do you think it will sell out? I really tried to pick a time when I thought it was going to be a not so crowded time. I am even pulling the kids out of school for this. But now not to sure we should of just went on spring break if it will be crowded anyways lol. I think that it back fired on me :rotfl2:

We did this SAME cruise last year and YES IT WAS SOLD OUT........ we couldn't believe it....

The only thing I'd like to do, with a DS 7 and DD 4, as well as MIL and her husband and our God Daughter and her mother and boyfriend if they want to join us, is possibly a submarine ride in the reefs!! I think the kids will enjoy that at their age!! We did find many others that we liked with kids that age, and I don't really want to be on the beach since we have 2 days in CC and sailing days at the pool onboard!!

My DS has told us that he'll spend one day at CC in the kids club, and the other day there with us!! I feel so honored!! :lmao: He cryed and got mad :sad2: last time when I took him out of the kids club to do a glass bottom boat tour!! They were just getting ready to have a carribean beach party and he wanted to stay!! But we'll see what happens when we talk about it more!! :)

Well, on the bright side, even if the ship is full, the trip won't cost you as much as one during spring break! Also, I don't think the kids clubs will be as full as on spring break.
