Speaking of spending money - I found the neatest gadget - it is a 7 Pocket Backpack Expanding File - They have 7 compartments, perfect for keeping 7 days of Navigators and other "paper" souveniers. Hey the label says that it also has index stickers, cool. The front pocket is just the perfect size to hold the KWC upon return. From Office Max for about $3.99.

Last trip (ok, our first trip) I had navigators all over the place. This was a whim, and a good one at that. They come in colors but of course, I selected "green".

Even if I can't be #600.....there will be a few more posts in the "hundriths" column I am sure at this rate!

As a fun little sidetrack......would anyone be willing to put together a "trivail persuit" like questionaire game.....like......."who was the person who stole the #500 post from DIS NURSE?"......"how many of us work in the computer/networking industry?"......"who, amongst us, is pregnant!?" (for goodness sakes, NOT ME! ....and never again!)....".who predicted in September the exact (or closest) # of posts we compiled until we all went OFF LINE?.....and CRUISED?!".....could be pretty fun and could be centered around a WINE TASTING/EXCHANGE?

Well looks as if I will miss the pool meet at the Radisson. We will just be landing at 6:00PM. Oh well I guess I will just have to keep my eyes open for the crazy Dis'ers running around when I check in

Count us in for the wine tasting. Minnesota is not known for wine...only SNOW! I am sure that we can find something to share. Is anyone thinking about attending the wine and/or beer tasting on the ship? The "Art of Entertaining" classes also look like fun. I need more than seven days. Hey, today is the 3 month milestone.

Dis Nurse and Favorite Auntie we will miss you at the Rad but we will certainly meet up on the ship and have lots of fun.

Does anyone know how many postcards we are supposed to bring? I am working on my cruise shopping list and I thought I would get those purchased.

4ForMickey - I will take a Mickey doll. Haley has a few of the characters dressed in their cruise outfits from the last Disney cruise - this way she will think she's getting a full price doll (which another stuffed toy is the last thing she needs!). Can I pay you when I see you and you can give it to me then? aw: (Haley says that is a clue - from Blues Clues??)

We have a new family join our group,everyone lets welcome them I was in Walgreens today and I saw some mickey mouse plush dolls marked down. 59 cents each, so I got about 9 of them. One was minnie, one was bambi and the rest mickey. Bambi ,Minnie and one Mickey will be saved for my children and the rest will be for you guys . Any takers?

Hey Everyone,

New to the board, but long time Disney Fan.

We are cruising with everyone on the 12th. We have a Cat 4 room. We are doing the Wine Tasting and Beer Tasting.

We have our reservations and shore excursions booked already. We have the late seating for dinner.

For the shore excursion we are doing the Swim with the Dolphins in St Maarten (anguilla), Snorkeling in St Thomas, Eco Watercraft tour on Castaway Cays. Plus we are doing a Couples massage while at CC.

We have reservations for Palo for both brunch and dinner. Another couple massage on board the ship.

We are staying at Beach Club Friday night. When we rturn on Sat the 19th, we are staying at Saratoga Springs fo one night, then spend the next two at the GF on the concierge floor before heading home.

See you all on board.

We saw the Wiggles in December. Haley sat with her mouth wide open in shock the entire time. They were actually kind of funny - made a few jokes that only the adults would get. And that Captain Feathersword is kind of cute (I didn't have my glasses on either).

My kids used to LOVE the Wiggles! We were on to them before they really became an Americanized amenity......I had almost 10 videos of theirs (VHS) and had I known I would run into someone soon who would appreciate them, I wouldn't have sold them for $1 each at our friends' garage sale the other day! I would have packed them for all the young kids to enjoy as a gift from Oregon! Sorry!

We booked the romance package on-baord. (We did it mainly for the priority seating for Palo)

From what my wife was told, that allowed us to book our shore excursions.

not exactly sure what this wiggles phenom-i know alot of the little ones sure seem to be into it though! i remember sitting through "elmo on ice" and a "blue's clues" live show though! i was surprised on our first trip to wdw that although they were not disney lic. characters, the british pavillion sold some of the english kid's show characters like telletubbies. it will be interesting to see what they have this year

on the castaway cay issue-i called the line because the cruiseline site did not show us as castaway cay members (we booked through dvc). according to the line their computer showed us as such, so they gave me our c.c. member numbers and i did an update to the cruisline site (which it looks like it accepted). i guess i will know after midnight (eastern time) tonight when i try to make our reservations.

well it sounds as though we have the rad. meet set up-when will be our first official meet on board? i plan to bring enough wine to ensure tastings for both groups (again folks-reds, chard., chenin, white zins? let me know so i can bring a variety).

well it's off to get the laundry going for our mini vacation tomorrow, i'll check in later in the day.

Hello all!!! It has been a long time since I have been on line, I feel like I have missed so much. A change in finances is making it a little tighter as we draw closer to the date, and I am getting worried, so I have been staying away from the boards, so as not to depress myself or any of you wonderful people. but I am getting back in the mood again, I have just resigned myself to the fact that we may not be able to do all of the excursions we planned on.

One quick question, if I book excursions now, do I have to pay now, or pay on the cruise. And if we have to cancel the excursions then what? (oh, I guess that's 2 questions )

Excursions are only charged to your VISA when you board. You have to cancel I believe within 48 hours prior to not be charged the full amount of the excursions.
