I seem to be in a bit of denial that I will be getting on a plane on Tuesday to meet you and the Hannos for MSNBC.....now WHERE did I put that Park Hopper?????

Well seeing as though I'm celebrating my bday right before we cruise... count our family in on the lunch! I'll PM you with the cabin number as well as who else in our little traveling group may want to join in as well!

BTW... we spent most of today at the MALL! Got DH a new swimsuit, myself some necessary stuff, and several new pairs of shorts for my oldest DS who keeps getting taller daily! I just bought him shorts 3 months ago and now they are all too short. Reminder... stop feeding the kid so that he will stop growing until after the cruise (shouldn't be a problem, he can eat all he wants to once we are on the ship)

Everyone is packed except me. I have my suit in the cleaners. and I am going to buy new socks and my sandles are history. I am trying to find new ones.
And today was spent setting up my DW's new notbook. The last one took a header and she really needed one for school. Late birthday and annverisery present. I was having a hard time getting it on the network. I couldn't remember the password for the router. I remember when my ATM password was 4 numbers now I have about 12 differant ones and they are all more than 8 dig.

Busy day here by the double dippers!! We had a really busy day today also. Angelina was invited to a halloween party by Make-A-Wish. It was a really nice party. They had a bunch of Universal characters and Angie loved Dora. She was so sweet Angie had been given a plastic neckales and took it off to give Dora. Made me cry(I am sure Dora was surprised). She makes me so proud. It is amazing with out speaking a word how happy she can make people.Only negative is it was really hot. Today hit 91 and the party was held in the Orlando Magic airplane hanger. It was really cool to go on board and see their plane.

No, DIS CELEBRATION LUNCH is for EVERYONE......spouces, significant others, kiddies, in laws, out laws, cousins and uncles (OK the aunts too), and any unattached gentlemen over 55 regular posters, irregular posters and lurkers too! Well, the four German inlaws invaded today for their 12 day univited visit. I am SOOOOOOO going to need this vacation when it's over....

I was just trying to figure out which shows need to be TIVO'd while we're on vacation (and wondering if they will all fit!). I'd HATE to miss an episode of Survivor because my middle son had an Avatar episode set to record in the last hour of free space in my system.

Welcome dragonfly, be sure and say "Hi" to any lime green wearing wacko's you see on the ship! EDITED TO ADD: I see you are a first time cruiser and JUST found the DIS! Feel free to ask us any and all questions as we know you may have a million and only 3 WEEKS TO GO! We have some experienced cruiser in this group, and some not so experienced who have nevertheless been reading these boards for a year or two! Once you are on the ship, if you see folks with lime green wrist bands, they will be DISers and will be glad to help you (if they in fact, aren't newbies themselves). We will also be meeting at 3PM on embarkation day at the Promanade Lounge, so stop by and introduce yourself. Oh, and if you see anyone in a lime green feather boa...........RUN. Just kidding. Those will be some of the more wacky (and friendly) members of this crowd.


Melanie, I know you'll survive if you just keep thinking about the MAGIC!

Michelle, the Make a Wish party sounds great....though a little warm. It was that way here today too.

Devin, I spent the afternoon with TiggersPal going through closets and drawers and making piles of clothes to pack (and 8 pairs of shoes), but I'm nowhere near ready to do that for myself.

Wendy, where at the mall did they still have bathing suits? I'm probably spending the rest of the night doing some on line shopping. I don't WANT to take the one I've got. It has a stupid 'skirt' that NEVER dries.....like that stupid skirt would keep anyone from noticing that I'm nearly as big around as I am tall!!!

Pat, Linda, Sarah, Jen have a WONDERFUL time at WDW. Give Tigger a hug for me. Are you going to eat at LeCellier or 50's Prime Time? They are two of my favorites and I've missed them both the last two times I was there

Cindy, I'm doing two suitcases, a big one to check and the 22 inch to carry on....don't want to count on Magical Express getting my luggage to AKL in time to change for dinner at V&A. Of course, I'll have my stuffed to the gills backpack with all the important papers and DIS info too.

OK.....off to surf the net for swimwear..........

Well, this happy bunch sure is chatty these days. Couple of things I've got on my mind

1) Pat - is that the lovely princess Sarah with you in that photo? I can't wait to see you guys - I love the headress! Oh, no worries about worry - I believe you already know about the surprise... (no hints here though)

2) Kris - how are your wedding plans all coming? Are you all set? We've missed you and PAT in chat lately!

3) Jackie -are you out pulling weeds? I have to go into the office but will check with you hopefully before lunch time - get your alterations and hopefully we can hook up.

4) Woody - any update on Vegas?

5) WendyJersey - not to be confused by the real Wendy - your so silly! I can't wait to meet you either.

6) EVERYBODY - how on EARTH are we going to know each other without buttons? Are we going to just say Hi - I'm "tiggerpal" - really Peggy? I guess it will all work out - there are just so many of us now - this is going to be so fun!

I guess we could all make our own name ID's. Just write it on paper. Like Hi I'm TiggersPal (PeggyJo). Pin it on your shirt/blouse. As time is running out just do something quick and easy It will be better than nothing. If you are creative and have that time than by all means be creative with your name tag. A simple 3 x 5 card with the info on it is quick and easy.

Good Morning one and all. Have been going through the posts and putting in my two cents worth. It is amazing how many posts are put in on a given day. We don't have much longer to make the 5500 mark. I am trying my best to get in all I can. Tomorrow or rather today, as I have not gone to sleep yet, I will be busy, busy, busy. I will be using some of that advise I gave to Melanie~~~~~I think I can, I think I can, I think I can. Have to get it all done today. So close to the cruise date. I am getting so
Well I'm off and hopefully when I get back on the posts sometime today I will have everything done. I'm going to start early, but looking at the clock it says 3AM which means I'll be awefully tired when I get up. Oh well. Off I go........
