November 1-7 Weather and Crowd

So I will be at WDW November 1-7 and am trying to shop for clothes and things I am missing. What will the weather be like around that time? My last trip was in September a few years ago and it was humid and hot for most of the days. The humidity seemed to die down toward the end of the trip. How humid will it be in November and how hot? Coming from California it is hard to know weather wise what the rest of the country is.

Also, will the crowds be terrible when we are there? I am hoping it won't be too busy, but I am not expecting it to be empty.

We will be at Epcot on Sunday for Food and Wine, Saturday we are planning on Hollywood Studios and Disney Springs since there isn't much. Friday we will be at Magic Kingdom before hopping to Hollywood Studios solely to watch the Star Wars Fireworks.

I am hoping this will help minimize the crowds we face on the weekend.

I don't know what the crowds will be like, but as far as weather goes, we usually go in mid-November because temps are usually more pleasant, (maybe upper 70s during the day, and around 60 at night) and you get to see the Christmas decorations too! We bring jeans, tshirts, extra sneakers, and windbreakers, to be very basic; and don't forget to bring something for the rain, because that doesn't take a break any time of year!

Hey... we will be there during the same period (Oct 29 - Nov 10). We have always have had great luck with the weather at that time of year. Very warm, but usually breathable evenings. I never need a jacket but some of our party do like a lightweight extra layer for our late nights.

It will be busy, as Nov 2 - 5 is Disney's Wine & Dine Marathon weekend. We booked our dates to coincide, but unfortunately will have no participants in our family group after all. Oh well, we will experience a different dream.... doing MNSSHP on Halloween and MVMCP on our final night!

Since you have Park Hoppers, you can flex your time to work around crowds a bit. That will help. I would love to think the runners would be resting and relaxing before/after race events but apparently those athletic buggers often find that 5 and 10 K events are great warmups for visiting the parks. Lol. My DSIL and 2 DGSs often go running in the morning before we head off for a long Park day. Crazy, they are!

With your Epcot day on Sunday I would just like to warn you ahead of time that there may be some conjestion upon entry if your there in the opening few hours when the back end of the half runners are going through
Weather last year that weekend I had tshirts and shorts/capris mostly but it's FL so weather unpredictable

I expected it to be busy somewhat....will it be intolerable? That is what I am worried about. Touring Plans has it at a 5 or 6 every day except our first day. I looked at our last trip and it ended up being 4 or 5 most of our park days, but it didn't feel like it when we were there.

The crowds won't be intolerable. Participants in runDisney's Wine & Dine weekend will definitely add people to the mix, but I've been several times during this event and it's really not bad crowd-wise! Most runners will be turning in early Friday night (for Saturday's 5:30am 10K), as well as Saturday night (for Sunday's 5:30 am half marathon), so crowds should actually dip a bit Fri & Sat nights, as well as Sat & Sun mornings until midday-ish. The impact will be negligible. And weather is usually nice- not too hot, not too cold!

We will be there during the same time Nov 1-8! I am planning on the weather to be beautiful. We went 2 years ago in December which was nice, but I did need a jacket most days. Last year we went mid September and NEVER again!! The heat was unbearable and we ended up stayin away from the parks until the sun went down. Hoping this year somewhere between the two.

If the weather is normal it'll be hot. Not as humid as August but not worth bringing pants and jacket. It'll be in the 80's during the day.

It'll only be chilly if a cold front happens to come through

Don't forget that the entire state of NJ will be there too. Well, maybe 75% of it...

We go this time every year. Crowds are manageable. Weather has been everything from pants & jackets to hot. Be prepared for either.

We will be there the week after you. We planned short sleeves and pants, with two pairs of shorts, extra shoes, light jacket, and rain ponchos. Will bring heavier jackets if any cold fronts are forecasted. As for crowds, touringplans.com already bumped up there crowd levels for my week, it's good to keep an eye on it. But I find more and more from this site, Disney doesn't have many low crowd weeks anymore. They did free dining the week I'm going, which I missed out on. But now they have little availability that week for my group of 6.
