Happy St. Patrick's Day to everyone !!
We will be celebrating the DS6 to be DS7 on Friday,'s birthday this weekend. Decided to get him ready for cruise by amping his room out to Pirates...hmmm. I see a theme here!

Quick ?? for everyone on tux's. Anyone rent one for the entire male gender of the family? How easy was it? How was it for the kids etc. Can't see spending money on suits when by the time we dock home, it won't fit anymore with these 2 boys.

I think I may buy the boys tuxs on ebay- they are very reasonable, I think less expensive than renting.

Yea, it's pretty wild, isn't it? This cruise is probably my only shot at seeing my little boys in tuxedos- and who doesn't LOVE little boys in tuxedos!! DS11 will suck it up and do it to make me happy, but DS9 is really excited to wear it- he loves to dress up, wears a suit to church all on his own!

Last cruise we went on the boys had their tuxs already because my brother had gotten married that summer so the still fit. This time I think I will be getting them off e-bay as well, even the little guy will need one this time!
Oh, and 2 weeks into potty training and we are DONE !! Look out Mickey pool...here comes Christian . Although I am not so sure about it because we have never had to deal with the crazyness that is the Mickey pool before. We have a pool so the kids like to play in the clubs not the pool. Their words " it's to crazy in there mom"
Now hoping all will go well with my surgery on Monday and then I can start working on a short trip to WDW in Aug. for our 5yr anniv!

The fam is doing great, although castaway kev is feeling a bit sleep deprived. I ordered dd her first cruise item today--a sun hat (actually several as I'm not sure what size she'll be by then).

Shauna, glad to hear from you again... and good for you for getting DH on the joy that is infant-induced-sleep-deprivation, lol. My DH would poke me and whisper "hey... she's up..." and if I ever said anything he'd say "well you were the one who wanted to nurse..."

I just bought DD a new dress today. It is a summer dress and it may be too big for this summer, but it should fit for the cruise!!! I am so excited to see her in it, perhaps she will wear it on formal night.

We had a taste of Spring this week and DD got to go for her first walk, unfortunately it snowed today and Winter is back. I am so excited for this cruise, but I just realized that once we get home it will be Winter again. I guess we all need to enjoy the planning and the anticipation (and the Spring and Summer) because I'm sure sick of Winter.

DH and I went a few years ago and loved it. We were able to do all of the rides that we wanted to, watched the parade, fireworks, and got a ton of candy. I think it is worth it. In fact, we'll be doing it again this year with my sister's family. You can get into the MK at 4pm that day with your MNSSHP ticket, so we don't do other parks that day--just relax by the pool and such until we go to the party.
