We shouldn't see any refurbs during that time. It's full holiday mode.

We are (hopefully) going to go that week too and after a ton of research here and on various other forums a lot of other people list that as one of the best weeks of the year to visit

The one ride that has been down during our time frame which is the end of Nov first week in Dec is Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin although looking at my old calendar it doesn't list it being down in 2009 but was down for half our visit I don't think it was on the refurbishment list. Last year 2010 it was on the refurbishment list and down our visit.
Other then that there is usually one other ride that they close for a day or so and then it is back it is typical during this time. In 2008 it was big thunder, in 2009 it was the King Arthur Carrousel, and last year was Mr.toads. Shows do run as typical except Fantasmic which is done on the weekends only and Fireworks go as long as there is no high winds or rain.
