Nov. 4th, 2012 Dream cruise meet thread!

Sure thing! we don't have our stateroom assigned yet. we have GTY - i'm hoping we get an assignment sooner than boarding day.

Our party includes me, Cecilia, Taylor (13F), Rebecca (11F), and Donovan (6M).

I'm getting more and more excited as I think about this upcoming cruise!

Got you all squared away.

Oh, so I can't just spend forever buying stuff, I actually have to sit down and make them eventually? Maybe just one more trip to Joann's...

I was having trouble coming up with ideas, now I have so many ideas I have to narrow it down. Have to get going on actaually producing...less than 40 days! Can't wait!

well..after much perusing through the internet I think I've decided on my FE gifts and have started to make a few as a "prototype." BTW -- do they have to be homemade or can they be store-bought?

so far all 3 kids are unaware that we are going on a cruise in November. They see me making the crafts but they think it's for something else. I think I'll wait until the last week and then make an announcement..or maybe not. They do know we're going to Florida in November to meet up with cousins - NOT!

Okay - time to get back to crafts!

Just got off the Magic yesterday. It was sso awesome, but the Dream is prettier in my opinion. But both are great ships. I am so glad it's just 5 more weeks till we set sail again. I wish I could just sail every 5 weeks!

They can be whatever you want. Mine are semi-homemade. I bought a bunch of supplies that'll need assembly but there are some pre-made pieces too.

While you are welcome to learn and talk about the cruise with us, it looks like you might have posted in the wrong cruise meet thread. We'll actually be getting off the boat on November 8th . We'll be all the sad people you see, as you walk up to start your awesome vacation.

Just finished my FE's. Kids helped even thought they still don't know we are going anywhere. Good thing we LOVE DCL or they would have questioned why we were making what we did. They just thought we were doing it for fun. Still playing around with ideas to surprise them. I CAN'T WAIT TO GO

Sounds like fun! Never been, but hoping to catch the "cruise bug" and plan some more vacations to the eastern and western Caribbean in the future!
