One way that worked for me was to 'save' a trip on the WDW site. When I didn't book the trip after a few days, I received a PIN via email.

Other posters have ordered the vacation DVD in the hope that would generate a code.

As far as I can tell, it's pretty much hit or miss! Good luck!
