Nov 06 rates/codes?

I am not sure where or how to find the discounts. Are there any for this year yet? Where do I look?

annual passholder and florida resident discounts are available until August 26th. I would guess September discounts will be released next. They are being released very close to the actual month now. Haven't seen any general discounts released in awhile. I'm expecting October discounts to be released late August (my personal prediction).

If I already have my rooms booked, and then they release a discount for Ap holders, can I get the discount on my previous booked room, or would I need to rebook? Thanks!

Holding a room reservation does not guarantee a discount. Actually the CMs will see if a discounted room idential to yours comes up for your dates. If it does then they will change your rate or rebook depending on the CM. Many times folks will have to change their resort or dates to get a discount. Sometimes do a split stay as there might not be a discount available during the entire length of your stay. I just wait until the discounts are released and then book to avoid any disappointment if I have to change resorts.

Shari, Last code to the general public was for free dining. This came out in May I believe for AUG & SEP. We are all hoping to have another code released for OCT/NOV soon, but probably not until the end of July or August. So we play the waiting game. Now most likely AP rates will come out before that. IF you are an AP holder I would book whatever room you want and then call back and apply the AP rate, The same is true for the general public code. I think the bigger dissappointment would be to not get the resort you want (that is if you have your heart set on one). Also the possibility exsist that there won't be any codes at all for that time. OH yeah when you book a reservation you can always upgrade, so maybe book the lowest level you would be happy with and then if a really good code comes out you can upgrade. I don't know about AP but I do know that I have had reservations and when a code came out they just applied it! Good luck!
