notorizing a document for DVC

Just on a break here at work...have to check the DIS
?? We added on during our cruise last week
The first time I bought DVC I paid all cash. This time, I financed about 40%. The papers arrived and I have to have a mortgage page notorized...(this does not happen with cash sales)
Where do I get this done??? Does it have to be a lawyer because it says "public official" in the package. So, can I go to city hall??
What is the average cost??
If you have experience with this in Ontario and source please let me know.

Thanks...DH remembered that he knew a lawyer. We are getting him to take of it for a very reasonable price. Easy peasy!
Everything should be ready to mail off on Friday. Looked online and my newest contract already shows up and the points too...

I've also used red seal notary. Very easy. No appointment necessary, just walk in.

I aksed mt realtor and he set one up for me as a favor.

Happy to report it was notorarized yesterday and the documents went in the FedEX drop box last night
The lawyer took literally 3minutes.

Hey you should have asked me-Didn't see it in time.There is a lady in the lobby of city hall that does it for $25.

So, that's about $10 a minute...I KNEW I should have become a lawyer!!
