Noting Allergies on ADRs on app/online?

Is there a way to note allergies to existing ADRs online or in the mobile app? Or do I have to call?

It sure would be nice if any time I was on a reservation, my allergy could be automatically in the system... same for my son.

On the app you can do it when you make the reservation under special request, already existing you will have to call. But make sure that even if it is noted on the reservation you tell your server and/or the hostess.
