Noting AKL requests on confirmation?

When I called for my room, I had requested non-smoking and a room on Arusha Savannah, Zebra trail. When I got my confirmation, these things were not noted. Should I call back, or does anybody know if the requests are noted in the computer and just not on the confirmation? Thanks for any advice!

My confirmation that I got in the mail had my non-smoking request on it.

They will have all your info in the computer,
We recently stayed at CSR and I asked for specific area and view and got exactly what I requested.

I had to call the hotel a few times (for different reasons) and each time I had them confirm my requests were in the computer.

Just remember, if you ask for too many things they go from the top down on deciding which of your requests to fill.

Aren't all the rooms on the savannahs non-smoking anyway? That is probably why it wasn't noted. Other than connecting room requests and room type the others will not show up on the paper confirmation. They are listed in Disney's computer system.

Thank you! It makes sense that the computer would manage the information, and I feel good that I don't have to make another call.
