One thing that's been driving me nuts lately is when I hear a clip of a song in a commercial, or bits of it on the radio, and then it the only good part of the song is the chorus.
For example, I was watching tv today, and there was this commercial for Crisis, Alexisonfire's new album. Well, I love the song they used (This Could Be Anywhere In The World) but when I listened to most of the song, it's faint screaming of the lyrics, and the chorus is the only strong good voice that sounds good. I was hoping this song could be a turning point for my opinion on this band, but it just made me dislike screamo music ten times more (but I lovvvee the chorus).
And, can anybody tell me what the song they use for the beginning of Laguna Beach season 3 trailer? It's so catchy (the beginning = when they're saying "They were a group of friends that grew up, hooked up, and moved on." and the song starts)
