Nothing for October or Christmas!

I wanted to book for October 10 to 14 and nothing at the campground, also for Dec 23 to Jan 1.

Should I keep checking to see if something opens, or should I call.

You might just try both, there might be cancellations, it will be little hard for the christmas date. Those are usually booked at least a year out..

I have two reservations for 12/20 to 12/27, one premium, one non-premium, that I will be canceling soon so I would say keep trying. I can give you a heads up right before I cancel them if you want.

Keep checking on the internet and calling often. There are lots of cancellations coming and I would think that you will come upon one soon. Be patient.

Just keep trying. I have gotten Christmas ressies in Nov before. What you might have to do is capture whatever dates you can and then add to or subtract from it. When trying online try for about 14 days and see if you can get that. If you can then just cancel the days you don't want.

Just don't give up and you will get the days you want.

I have never not gotten the dates I wanted. Just have to be creative.

OH OK, thanks for the tips. I Worked in a hotel before and I know people book and cancel dates, now i know why.
I'll keep trying, we really wanted to go in the fall and over the holidays.

I have been trying to get dates in mid-october since April. I check the website several times a day every day. Stilll nothing. I've tried the "add a day, cut a day" method still nothing. I'm not giving up yet, but I'm staring to get discouraged.

We need a regular campsite. So far nothing. I just booked a villa at the Horizons by Marriott from Dec 21 to 26 $79.00 per night plus tax, we wanted Dec 23 to Jan 1, but I'll keep trying and playing with the dates, we wanted to stay at disney but we'll see.

Still checking for October.
