No pin codes attached to our household. Once again, the loyal customer gets the shaft. Never once gotten a pin code, and without a discount we won't be going this year. I just don't understand why some people get multiple codes and some never get any. :sad1:

I feel your pain; nada for us too. We've gone to WDW six times in the past ten years, and have never received a PIN. :sad2:

It is so frustrating. While I held not once but twice for them to check, just hoping to the point of feeling sick I had one I did have to wonder why we still go?

I did have a pin once but as I posted on another thread they didn't find it until I was booked under a general public offer and called to make some changes. I had called numerous times, checked my email hundreds of times and never got a thing.

So even though I called today, I don't even trust their idiot system, for all I know another one is in there and they just can't find it.
 

Yeah, I am feeling really annoyed too. The nice CM said " I don't know how marketing decides who gets one." I said, "Me Neither since I come every year, stay Deluxe, spend a ton and I never get one." I was planning to add a night but did not when there was no pin. Seriously, I wonder if I should cancel the existing ressie. Maybe they would send one then?
 
I have only been once (last October), but I have filled out every single survey that they have sent me and done 2 phone surveys... don't know if this helps or not. :confused3
 
I've only received 1 code in the 8 years that DH and i have been vacationing at WDW. We spend our vacations (and money) at WDW, the least they could do is spend us a pin code every now and then. In the last 3 years we have easily spent 3.5 months in their resports; everything between a standard room at POR, to the FW cabins, to two bedroom villas at OKW.

I have been about sixteen times since 2004. I have done surveys online, surveys on the phone, set up four other accounts with different email addresses, saved offers and nothing.

It is really, really frustrating for all of us who don't get them.

Came about as close to cancelling today as I can come but don't want to make a rash decision.
