I had booked SOA for the 8:00 show but my family decided it was too late to eat so they wanted the earlier show. I canceled and didn't rebook right away. We are going to WDW 8/28 thru 9/4. I went in a few days ago to rebook and there was nothing available for any of the shows the whole week we were there. Panic set in. I called and was able to book the day I wanted with no problem. Plenty of availability, she said. Relief. She was confused because they use the same system as the online ressies. My suggestion (and forgive me if this has already been posted) if you can't get it online then call. You never know until you try. I like doing things online because I work a phone job and the last thing I want is to be on hold.

Just wanted to share. Thanks for listening.

We are going 9/27-10/3. I originally booked 'Ohana on 10/2 at 8:50 pm (nothing available earlier), and have, ever since tried to get an earlier time. I've tried to do it over the phone, and computer, yet the operator told me each time that they are viewing the same availabitily as I am. :confused3
Fortunately, I don't give up that easily, and will keep checking until I prevail.

P.S.-Just FYI :)
I've also read that due to the cancellation policy being 45 days, the best time to find ressies you need is 45 days prior to your visit.
