As we get closer, it would be great for you to post the cancellation timeframe and let those going have a way to contact you up to the cancellation timeframe. This would be helpful for everyone.

We would hate to see you having to collet any no show fees. We are all there for a good time. Communicating upfront the process will eliminate any problems.
