I pre ordered the photopass plus, had the red piece of paper gave that to the photo pass plus people and received my card - I was thinking I should of taken a pic since it had a code on it but didnt. I just called them to see how I order the cd and she told me i need to put the 16 digit code on there - I told her I dont have that I gave the man the paper with the code, she said its on the inside of the cd sleeve but I am not sure what I did with it 
She said that is like cash so I am out $170 PLUS I cannot get those pictures. I said there is no way to look at see that I paid for it under my account - she said no you lost the code you lost the cash and pictures. Is there ANYTHING I can do - I am SICK!!!! 
This was our first trip - we went Sept 20-25.
