post gallbladder, i am now lactose intolerant, so i'm learning to love soy milk (it's a process).
i also have PCOS, so am on low GI.
oh, and with the dumping syndrome, i can usually only stomach apples if i'm having a bad day.
this is why we cancelled the trip this year.
for the trip next year, if i'm not significantly improved in the PCOS and dumping syndrome stakes, i'll just be taking lots of dried apple snacks on the plane with me, and some jerky, and living off that and the lactose free vegetarian meal like karen.
last trip, we were 2 rows in front of the loos...that was fine.we didn't have any issues, and actually found it quite convenient
