I want to book a cruise for next January for myself, dh and my 2 children....(just deciding this) Would it be ok to book it for just the first 2 and put the deposit down for this.... and then add the other 2 later? Will the other 2 cost more later- or should it stay the same?

Their cost won't stay the same, it would be whatever it is at the time you add them...I was going to do that also until someone pointed out that if they had reached their max on kids I woujldn't be able to add the kids since they only book a certain amount of children of each age group due to capicity in the kids clubs so even if you are not going to use the kids clubs for your kids they will only allow a certain number on board.

Not all rooms sleep 4 so you really should book for all 4 of you now. You'll get the best price now and you'll be sure to get a room that holds all of you. Plus as April stated they do have a mx on the number of children they accept.

Better to book for everyone at one time.

I booked our May 2004 cruise in Feb. 2003. The week after I booked it the prices for the kids fare jumped almost $400!! Book it early, you'll get the best prices. And if you're thinking of going during a busy week, the kids clubs could fill up.

Book them now if you can swing the deposit. You can always cancel and get the deposit back, if necessary.

Ditto to NYDisneyMom - we originally planned a getaway for just us, but then we decided to take Michael - yup, the cost JUMPED during those 6 months we hadn't put him on the reservation.

That was not a pleasant surprise for either of us, was it?!
