Not sure if my TA knows what she's talking about..but

I called my AAA TA to get a quote on room/tix price in September. I mentioned I was trying to hold out for free dining. She said that should be coming out very soon and called Disney. Of course she didn't have any good news for me now. She said Disney wasn't releasing that yet and that she would call me back AT THE END OF APRIL (UGH) when the codes DO come out.

So I'm not sure who she spoke to or what type of info the TA's get but it sounds like whatever they do offer may not come out until the end of the month.

Seems to be what a lot of people are saying, so it might be right. My AAA TA was away for a few days, so i spoke to someone else in her office a few days ago. She told me that free dining should be coming out, just not sure when. Then I called my TA a few days later and she said don't count on free dining. You would think 2 TAs in the same office would have similar stories.

MY ta said that they were told that we should not expect anything at all until later in April.

I'm not a TA and don't use a TA but at this point I would also say another discount won't be out till the end of April/begining of May. History shows they usually don't open up one discount after another in a short period of time. The changes last weekend with the new dates and %'s off will probably be all we see till May 2nd-3rd. Sunday night or monday morning is usually when new deals come out.

My TA was told May or June by her manager at Disney. It sounds like there is some discrepancy from Disney as to EXACTLY when it will be released but the consensus is that it will NOT be released anytime soon.

I've had a trip booked since December. I'm booked at Poly with the 40% off. My TA has told me at least 3 times since then that of course if any other better offers such as free dining comes out that she can replace it instead. Too bad I did the figures and the 40% gives me a better discount! I talked to her again just a couple weeks ago and she still seems to think FD is coming.

Again this jives with what I've been told and reported in the FREE DINING RUMOR & SPECULATION thread.. late April perhaps even early May!
