We leave tomorrow for our 4 night trip and I am not sure about our ADR's. It is me and my dad, who LOVES prime rib and steak. Tell me if I should even try to change any ADR's (even though I probably can't anyway).
WCC 8:40 pm Sep 7th
Ohana 9:40 pm sep 8th
Kona Cafe 7:10 pm sep 9th
GG 11:40 am sep 10th

I am really worried about Ohana being so late. We will have to take a cab back to POFQ after we eat, and my dad will flip out over that! And we may have to do that for WCC also, I am not sure what time the boat to MK stops running, or when the busses from MK to POFQ stop. Any advice?

Have you tried calling to see if anyone has cancelled? Maybe someone did and you can get earlier ADR's. Honestly though, If your dad loves prime rib and steak, I would have probably chosen other places.

Kona has a good steak, but I'm not even sure its still on the menu. There has been rumors that the filets have been removed from the menus during free dining.
WCC is not known for its steak but looking at the menu, it does have a prime rib on there.
Ohana is great. It offers yummy meats and I'm sure you guys will love it.
GG was not my favorite. Service was good, but food was bland and tastless.

I think the late times may be nice as you will have lots of time in the parks to enjoy everything. We loved WCC when we were there last month. I thought the service was some of the best we had in Disney. We ate there twice. As for Ohana's, I think the time is nice too because won't you get to see the fireworks on the beach before your dinner? It might be nice to get there a little early and enjoy the Poly.

As for boats, they will run up to an hour after the park closes I believe. From the Poly, can you also walk to the TTC to catch a bus to POFQ?

I would call though if you are very unhappy because they may be able to change things for you. We adjusted one reservation while we were in Disney and that was for a group of 6, I think a group of 2 might be even easier. JMO.

When we ate at Kona my friend had an excellent steak. You could try to call the restaurant directly to see if it's currently on the menu.
I'm not a prime rib eater so I can't tell you how good it is, but the Crystal Palace Buffet in the Magic Kingdom has prime rib. 1900 Park Fare does also. Also, there is rib-eye steak on the menu at the Grand Floridian Cafe.

As far as the hour at 'Ohana goes; does your Dad mind eating that late? Some folks don't like to. Keep calling back though, availability changes all the time.:)

You don't have any buffets listed and that may be by design. Boma would be one to try. I keep reading they have some of the best prime rib (carved in front of you) on property. The suggestion of the Grand Floridian Cafe is another good one. On a similar note, try the Captain's Grill at the Yacht Club.

Not sure if the steak at GG is appreciated or not. GG isn't on my someday list and I've never been there (not a great value for a vegetarian vs any of the buffet character meals).
