I arrived at OKW for a 3 night stay on December 10 at 3:15 pm. I'm told my studio is ready, in building 31. Whoah. I booked at 11 months, the first moment I could, and booked Hospitality House.
Nope, sorry. Something happened. No Hospitality House.
So I go not very happily to the room. I get in via MagicBand, drop off a bag. Go back out for the other bag, come back, and can't get into the room.
A CM is there, she calls the desk. They'll send someone immediately. Fifteen minutes later, no one is there, so I head to Hospitality House pretty ticked off.
I'm told that the "runner" was just at my room, and will meet me at HH soon.
A very nice young lady named Dee arrives about a half hour later. We're back at my room at 4:35. She gets me in, calls tech to disassemble the door lock.
The door lock is OK. So she takes my MagicBand to check it at HH. While she's gone, I hear a dripping. It is now 5:50 pm.
The AC by the kitchenette is dripping onto the carpet. When the compressor shuts, water pours out.
Dee arrives back at the room, with a gift basket. I show her the dripping. Dee says this just won't do, I can't be there while it's repaired. She says she will transfer me to a 1 BR!
So thanks to Dee, what started out as a very bad Welcome, was turned around due to her conscientiousness--and an upgrade!
